I work in a pharmacy and I have encountered customers who speak languages other than English. We have a translator phone with a live translator for situations that call for it. This is perfect for quick and casual conversations. It's very easy to use and makes our customers feel comfortable since they know that we give utmost service.

Effective as it is for a translator. Enence is able to translate on point. Better communication, better life. I bring this with me everytime I go to other countries for work purposes. Language barrier no more because of this little device. Yep, I recommend.

Brought Enence on our vacation and the experience was amazing! Everybody had fun using it. Looks very cool during use too. It may not be 100% accurate but the best thing about it is it is comprehensible to the person I was communicating with. It was memorable. I like the simplicity of Enence, it is of great value. This device pairs with your phone and quickly allows you to translate and communicate foreign languages. The quality playback is low, but you also get a live text response so you can read what you can't hear. Charge only gave me 2 hours of constant use and 3 days of infrequent use.

Travel is the greatest joy of my life. I enjoy to see and experience diferent cultures. I effort to speak even a few in the native language. This translator is my dream come true. It does translation real time for many languages. Speak slow than normal so it understand better. Also, do your best to clearly speak like when your speaking to a smart assistant.

This little device is very helpful to me since I talk to a lot of customers who usually don't speak English.It has been a while that I've been using this and so far, all smooth. Practical to have this nowadays.

I ordered this device and was very excited about the prospect of using this device. You still need to download an app to use this device. I wanted to return the item and was given a return label to send to Lithuania. The postage costs as much as what the device is worth. Don't order from these scammers, you have to pay for the package to be returned.

Enence translator is pretty good. It may not be 100% accurate all the time but better than the less expensive model that I previously purchased. It is easy to use out of the box. I am still learning some things on it. Will try to update this review later.

Travelers might consider using Enence translator. It is generally highly dependable, and its performance is consistently excellent. Really, I'm amazed! Over a week of testing revealed that it is over 95% accurate. The box and the product both appear sturdy and secure. Two thumbs up so far.

This is a complete scam. They offer a money back refund but if you open the package to try the product they will not give you your money back. As if you could try it without opening the cellophane wrapper! Everything about their operation is sleazy. I have never complained online about a company before. Avoid!

This is not a review of the product, but of the company's online marketing. I ordered one from their website. Was charged for four. Called customer service within 2 hours to cancel entire order. Told it was cancelled. About 16 hours after initial order, I received an email that the four had shipped. Called again and was told that the order couldn't be cancelled, in spite of what I was told, because "Due to our commitment to process orders quickly and provide speedy delivery, once the checkout process is complete, our warehouse is immediately notified to pack and prepare your order for shipment." Note I didn't get notice of it being shipped until over half a day later. They sent me a RMA and shipping label. It has to be sent to Lithuania to be returned! This will cost over $80. Don't know why it can't be returned to New York which is where it came from. Oh! BTW-its cheaper on Amazon and can be returned to Amazon if necessary.

Used this tool well in few of my trips where the language is totally alien to me. This tool may be small but it helped a lot. It's very practical to have this. It's worth the purchase.

Excited to test out the translator. First, I like its compact size. I downloaded the application on my phone which immediately performed an update, and then I pressed the translator button to connect the device to my phone. When I tried out the translator, it worked well with its translation. Surely, this device might be useful when traveling to a non-English speaking country.

I did have difficulty using this translator when I first had it. But it only takes getting used to so I can maximize its features. Tip: you need to speak a bit louder than usual so it will tranceive a clearer though of the sentence you wish to be translated. It works well and I would recommend this to international travellers.

When I saw the ad on this device, I thought that was a great solution for my travels at a reasonable price. When I tried to use it however, I found out that it required a mobile phone to function. Since I can get most languates translated with my mobile phone, why would I need this added device. Besides, after connected it to my phone, the connection was lost shortly. Contacted customer service and was told that I could only returned my 2 devices for a refund if the packages were left unopened. This begs the question as to how would I have found out that this device did not work for me if I never opened the paackage.? I believe the ad was misleading by presenting this as an independent unit. And the company does not provide any reasonable avenue to return the product when it proved to be unsatisfactory.

This is really great. You don't have to know how to pronounce the words or phrases. Good quality and large size screen. It was really easy to use, I appreciate it even if it's my first time to use a translator. I would definitely recommend if you ever have to communicate multilingually – very practical. *wink!*

This company is a scam. DO NOT order from them. Ordered 1 pocket translator, but they charged me for 4 devices $220. Talked to a Yoshiko thru chatbot, because no physical number. She tried every which way to Not cancel my order after many times telling her I want it canceled. She said she'd send it over to the warehouse and they'll let me know in 48-72 hours (which would make it too late to cancel). Told her NO. Since she was ready to give me 50% off the total, and let me keep te 4 devices, that was their bottom line. She still would not cancel. Most expensive mistake for an item that is crap and will take 3 months to get here.
