This website is an absolute scam! I ordered a dress that showed up cheaply made with the wrong color and a big dark stain right in front of the dress. When I asked them about the defected dress, they told me that the color was correct and that they can give me an 8% refund if I decide to get it fixed on my own. I ordered Burgundy and I received a bright red dress with a huge stain. After emailing them for weeks to fix this, they asked me to return the dress for a refund. I paid $30 to return the dress and they went quiet. They never refunded me and I'm out almost $300 over this awful purchase. It was the worst customer service ever and I hope they get shut down. Stay away!

I read an article on wedding wire regarding buying a wedding dress online the article itself seemed like it provided good advise. And there was a link to a trusted site to buy wedding dresses online from called emilygowns.com. Considering the wedding wire has a good reputation, I trusted buying a dress from this site would be safe and I would not be scammed. I was WRONG! I purchased what I thought was going to be a gorgeous dress which was delivered today and upon opening the package, received a cheaply made knock off of the pictured dress. I am sorely disappointed, my wedding is 5 months away, I am now short the money I spent on this dress and will have to begin dress searching again.
