Confirmation of my order-there were none. Then I tried to log on to the website to obtain some kind of information but the site was no longer running! I I've always been leary about things like this but I wanted the stylish bag but not my bad! I don't know if I can even get my money returned. Am still trying

Eluxury... add another to the list of those who were conned. Their stories are my story. When I pulled my bag from the cloth bag one of the rivets fell off the purse. I have been offered $30 refund and told to fix myself and give it away for a present. Might add the smell coming from the threebags I purchased is bad... very musty. Sort of like the deal. I did not find this site in time to save me.

Eluxury used to have contacts with L. Vuitton. However, L. Vuitton only deals through it's own web site. They do NOT have outlets in the US and never have. If it came from Chine it must be a Larry Vuitton.

I, like many of these other authors, have had the misfortune of dealing with eluxuryin. Unfortunately, until I was billed without a notice of shipment or even receipt of order I didn't check out the site. A very hard lesson to learn. I also experienced the "I told you I shipped it" story when I tried to cancel and finally they have indicated that they would reimburse me. I suspect that won't be the case, I haven't seen anything yet despite threats. I have reported this to my bank. Beware of their processing company as well -ccpss.cc. Complaints about this processor are also rampant. BEWARE!

I found this site after I made a purchase for $277.98. Within 10 minutes of making the purchase I cancelled the order. So far, my account has not been charged and I was told in writing by Betty Lee and TopTrader that my account will be refunded in 3-4 business days. Watching my account carefully! I shop on-line regularly and this is the frist time I've made such a dumb purchase on-line because I wanted a LV Speedy so bad... my fault! Lesson learned... if it sems too good to be true... it is!

Internet Fraud! Absolutley the WORST "customer service". The website states a return/exchange policy - BUT, they refuse to give you a RA or even an address to send to. Items are shipped from China - poor quality.

Stay away from this website. They are not telling the truth. This bags are 100% fake.

"Do not... I repeat, Do not purchase from this website!" They say the bags are authentic. I was chatting with them thru their supposed-to-be-live chat line. I asked them how do i know the bags are authentic? Their response was "because they all have serial numbers in them". My response to that was "Authentic Louis Vuitton bags do not have serial numbers in them". Their response was, "they come directly from the warehouse and they put serial numbers in them"... Annnnt... wrong answer! They are fakes... Do not waste your time or money! I have 2 authentic Louis vuitton bags purchased directly from the louis vuitton store here in Las Vegas where i live. Have had them for over 4 years... Louis vuitton does not have serial numbers. The only place to purchase an authentic Louis vuitton handbag is from their website or from the louis vuitton store.

OMG... run far away. Website reprensentives don't hesitate to tell you that these bags are authentic and in actually they are not. The web chat that they will enagge in have people that basically tell you that they are real. When I found out that it was not real and cancelled my order the next day they told me that it was no problem and then would not refund my money. They kept telling me that the refund was being processed and that it would take 2-3 days and each day I checked on it they conitued to tell me that it was being processed. Then they old me after days of asking about the refund that the bag had been shipped and that they would not refund until they got the parcel back. When i pursued this with them further and threatened to get my credit card fraud department involved and even stated that I was going to pursue legal actions for internet fraud and mail fruad they then told me infact that bag had not been shipped and that my refund would be processed later that day. I requested many times to talk to a manager or someone on the phone they continued to tell me not to worry. It took many hours for me to demand this refund and finally got it after about four days... after the aggressive conversations that i had with them. Fake bags and terrible customer service!

This site purports to sell genuine designer handbags and leather goods but they sell fakes.

This website Swears that they sell authentic LV bags and sell then cheaply only because they have access to factory stores. I bought a bag with a return address that stated that it arrived from China. Now LV only has factory outlets in US, Spain and France so that itself is a giveaway. The bag came with cheap leather and a cheap interior, buckles that were unpolished. Scary thing is that they came with 'serial numbers' like they do on the real goods. I compared them with my 4 other LV bags my husband bought from the stores and they are similar to an untrained eye! They provided a tracking number BUT you are unable to track your item because you are unable to log on to their website... they BLOCK your access to their website once your payment is made! For example, if i try to go into their website right now... I am unable to. When contacted on email... they said that they would provide a refund. It was only after I threatened to report them to the police and banks that they reluctantly gave a 80% refund. Very disappointing that you have companies like these that are out to cheat people of their hard-earned money.
