I had a horrible experience with my home warranty company over charging me for a plan I requested to be cancelled. Now, my agent went above and beyond my expectations to get it rectified. Like 100% dealt with my poor attitude and went to bat for me. Daily during and after work hours.
My agent/broker thoroughly explained the coverage to me, and was fun, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. She made me feel like I was in excellent hands and could reach her at any time. (I can't remember her name but I affectionately called her Kalese from Game of Thrones).
Christine reached out to me to discuss renter's and auto insurance policy rates. She explained the coverage of each policy clearly and confidently which helped guide me to a policy that fit my needs. Thanks to Christine's excellent service skills I would gladly recommend her as a representative and Elite as company.

After speaking with a few insurance agents from other companies, it was a relief to finally connect to Caitlen, who first of all has a pleasant voice…sentences weren't laced with…um's and ah's. She listened…knew what I needed and it was done in a matter of minutes, instead of, "I'll get back to you tomorrow". She responded in a timely manner. I had some last minute changes that I threw at her and she resolved them within minutes. It was a good experience from the start.
