Edward understood my challenges and priorities. He sold me insurance by finding a policy with a good insurer at a fair value. I believe he made the extra effort to fashion a policy with the insurer at a lower price with all the same protections.
I called over and over again, trying to get someone. When I left a message, no one would call back. And, when they finally called back, I was in my car and couldn't talk to give them the info I needed to, so the agent called back and I didn't get the ring so, I had to call back. I didn't get to the agent in time. He was gone. Left several messages, and no callback. If it wasn't, I got my insurance through them I'd never use them as an agent.
The company is just a big phone room, not really an insurance agency. They have admitted to me that they are an in bound phone service. I want a real insurance agent, instead I got a phone room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
