Andy reached out to me shortly after the inspection. At first, it seemed like too much info and I was a bit overwhelmed. After talking to several other agents and getting some more quotes, turn out Andy was by far the most approachable, knowledgeable, and he really was looking out for us. He helped us pick a policy that really fit the house we are buying. He did so well. I could not have asked for a better agent/assistant in this process (being this was my first time buying this house I really needed the assistance portion). I will definitely recommend him to any other home buyers!

I called over and over again, trying to get someone. When I left a message, no one would call back. And, when they finally called back, I was in my car and couldn't talk to give them the info I needed to, so the agent called back and I didn't get the ring so, I had to call back. I didn't get to the agent in time. He was gone. Left several messages, and no callback. If it wasn't, I got my insurance through them I'd never use them as an agent.
K eNesha is very polite, has total knowledge of the product she represents ( ins). She alway let's the customer ask questions answers all of them with respect. She has great customer service, I give her 5 -

Sometime last year, I sold my car because I realized I didn't drive it enough to warrant the expense. Instead, I imported a 1996 Mini from Japan. Lucky for me the shipping took so long because it turned out that getting specialty car insurance when you didn't have a "primary" car was next to impossible. I had basically given up and was going to take "regular" liability insurance when Elite Insurance entered my life. Joseph arranged a call with me, understood my needs, and then got back to me with exactly what I had spent weeks looking for. I couldn't be happier, and will definitely be coming back the next time I have a tricky problem.
