Great idea for the holidays especially for those who live far from one another. There is even an option to make a wish list and you can secretly follow people as well. I even see what left from a holiday wish list to buy birthday presents some time. I was also able to add wish lists for my children and everyone can still see them even though they don't participate in the exchange. Their customer service "helper elf" is awesome too. They walked me through changing someone's email. Lovely website and experience using elfster!

A great way to organize a Secret Santa gift exchange. Lots of options and it takes the pressure off of any one person. Second year using it with no problems.
I a not tech savvy so when I started using this web and app, i had nothing but issues and duplicate entries of people on my lists, different emails with same people. It didn't sync up correctly. Customer Service Live Chat helped immediately and understood exactly what the issues were without me having to explain anything. This is what I call a great awesome app to use.
You can exclude emails of a certain family from picking their own.
You can pick every year from this app and it would know not to pick the same people within the previous year the 2nd time around.
It's an awesome app.

I love when you send a Chat for help, they are always in character. Always willing to elf you! A few small issues, wish it would remember my email list, and had to merge accounts from two years, but they're quick to resolve, and it's fun!
