Love Elfster. Have utilized for our wives club secret Santa ornament exchanges and secret pen pal gifts. Have even utilized for exchanges for both my kids! I am a busy working mom, and appreciate that all the info can easily be accessed or added to/from the app.
Jewel was a GEM! Gave me the info I needed quickly and helped me with other set-up issues also- which was a huge help because I am new to Elfster this Holiday Season! I did not feel rushed with my questions and they were answered completely! Thank you Jewel!
We have been using Elfster for years and it never fails us! I was having trouble with a couple of our accounts and Elizabeth the Buckeye Elf was wonderfully helpful! Super friendly and knowledgeable elves. Elfster keeps our information for past years and we are able to delete or update. I like that it allows the buyer to mark item purchased to let others know that it is no longer needed to avoid receiving multiples. We use it for birthdays, too. List can be updated at any time. Elfster is the best!
Elfster has saved time for us every year we use it since 2014. It is so flexible and allows you last minute changes. The tool is very well thought, intuitive and the resources for making your wishlist makes life easier and avoid trouble by the anonymous questions when doubtful.

Had issues consolidating my children's account's for a gift exchange. Was going to just leave it as it was and just deal with it. Then i saw the "Need Help? Chat Live" come up. And i was thinking, "Who would be working on a Sunday?'' And it was Shelly the Sweet Elf! She fixed everything! You are a blessing Shelly! I'm going to personally tell Santa that you deserve a gift!
Tricia the Christmas Card Elf was amazing. I needed the roles changed and was unable to find out how since they just updated the website today. She said she'll take care of it and send me an email once it is completed. Once I receive the email that the task has been completed I will update my review to 5 stars. We have been using this site since 2009. This year will be our 10th Christmas Exchange.
Been using elfster to organize multiple secret santa gift exchanges every year. Elfster has always been on point and has made it very easy to manage these exchanges. Especially for the older folks in my family.

My mother was having a really hard time trying to recover her password and I was able to get online and speak with Meghan the representative. She was so helpful and so nice. She literally helped me within a minute. We have been using Elfster to do our secret santa for 3 year now and we will always use them!
One of my participants put in a wrong email address and I couldn't find them. Needless to say I was frustrated and couldn't figure out why I couldn't see them. The customer service person for Elfster looked up the information, didn't get frustrated with me with all my questions and merged the two accounts together. I'm back in business and ready to draw names for the gift exchange. Will right another review when we complete our gift exchange.
This site is helpful for organizing a gift exchange and has many great features. However, the site is not necessarily user friendly and I got multiple questions from participants in my exchange. The live chat person was friendly but did not fix an issue I was having
I'm kind of inexperienced in the Elfster department and contacted their customer service through their chat. Luckily, Pinky the Elf was there to help me. She answered all of my questions and was so cheerful! Thanks again, Pinky!
I a not tech savvy so when I started using this web and app, i had nothing but issues and duplicate entries of people on my lists, different emails with same people. It didn't sync up correctly. Customer Service Live Chat helped immediately and understood exactly what the issues were without me having to explain anything. This is what I call a great awesome app to use.
You can exclude emails of a certain family from picking their own.
You can pick every year from this app and it would know not to pick the same people within the previous year the 2nd time around.
It's an awesome app.
The person or "elf" that was assisting me was amazing. Actually helped me resolve my issue, but was professional, witty, and kind as well. I wish all customer service workers were as great at elfsters. Turned an issue that was very frustrating into a pleasant experience.
I highly recommend for your gift exchanges. They make everything so easy and organized. They also have good gift recommendations. Makes gift exchanges fun and easy to do. The chat support feature is also great. They answer fast and take care of any issues right away

I had a bunch of problems with my Elfster page- old wish lists on top of others, and wrong email address, etc! Pinky fixed it all quickly and cheerfully, as a GREAT elf should! Thanks very much, Pinky! She shoud get SIX stars!
I had an issue with some of the exchanges that I set up for our families (forgot to include someone and also forgot to put restrictions after the names had been drawn)

Had problems logging in and used help desk and they resolved the issue is less than a minute. This is a new website we are using for a family Secret Santa and I think what Elfster is providing is a great idea for families and friends that is a fun way to get ready for the holidays.
