The two young women who share their youtube videos (the one with the jet black color and the one with the purple color), must were sent something special or a different type of texture. I was expecting the same experience that they shared. The textures are completely different. You'll see the girl in the first video pull the hair on the unit as if the curl is really springy and bouncy, but that isn't the case. I'm not pleased with this unit at all, there is no body to it and it is too full.
The hair is pretty and thick looks very full on my head but it sheds a lot. I love the color I got especially in the sun it shines and color comes through so perfect. Just work on the shedding and it will be all good.

I ordered the hair because of reviews I seen on Elevate site but the hair was not for me, tried to return it and they told me that I would have to pay a restocking fee and another fee and another! So I was like just forget it!
I recieved two wigs that I ordered timely. There was no damage or issues with packaging. The two wigs were the correct ones that were ordered. I ordered them based on the reviews which were accurate. I would order both wigs again but in different colors next time. They are perfect of the summer time!

I love it. It works! I hate threading needles now that my eye sight is started to get worst in my 40's. It was taking longer to thread my needle than it was to sew the actual garment. This makes sewing so much easier!

I ordered products on 6/12 and told that the shipping was 3-7 business days. After allowing 10 days to go by, I called the company because I did not have my item. They said the problem must be with the post office, so I contacted them. The postmaster told me that the tracking number I had was automatically generated, and that the post office never actually got the package. I called and emailed customer service and was told repeatedly that they would call the warehouse and fix my problem. They never did, so I requested a refund. I will never do business with them again because the customer service was atrocious. If they weren't able to ship the item, I would have been on with that. I simply did not appreciate being given the runaround.
