I emailed CS to tell them that they shipped to the wrong address and they never got back to me and shipped to the wrong address and when I called for a refund or reship, the CS person hung up on me, after trying to send her my email correspondence about the wrong address, which she requested. She said she never got the email and then hung up.

Good service reps, however, the color of the item I needed was out of stock and would not be a available for a month?... according to the service rep.

Delivery was faster than I expected and the product was package well. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I ordered 4 wigs from here and I can say I love 3 of them. I went by the color chart and instead of the color throughout the hair it was in layers in the back. I want to return and exchange but the return policy is not the best.

The wigs arrived within 5 days of placing my order, perfectly packed. They have a massive amount of hair and wigs to choose from and choice is good.
