I have not yet installed the hair hence the reason why I rated the hair 4/5. Once installed, I will then give an overall review. On the other hand, the delivery was very quick which was very good for me, packaged nicely as well. And great customer service!

Their free shipping is really not free shipping. I placed an order, it said free shipping at $60. My order was more than that so it was shipped free. Unfortunately I didn't like one item, it was not as described and pictured, and I decided to return, they said since my return will put my order below $60, they will deduct the shipping fee and also charge 20% restocking. 20% restocking fee is standard so am okay with that but the free shipping at $60 never said you have to pay for shipping after the fact. Not to mention, I am paying for the return postage. Stay away folks unless you are sure you will be keeping everything. There are several online beauty supply stores that allow you to return even with free shipping but only charges the 20% restocking fees.
the lace wigs come quicker less than a week and they sure have a good decent price compared to other company websites i buy on
