Product perfect as ordered. Great prices! My only disappointment is shipping not as fast as my very first order. Shipping is not slow, just not as fast. Now I know what to expect & will be satisfied with that.

I have only ordered from this company twice and each time shipment and receiving was expeditious. The product was exactly what I ordered. I have found a new way to buy my beauty supplies. I wish they had more products like hair gel, dyes, shampoos, and moisturizers. I will definitely order from this company again.

Haven't installed the hair yet but it's so soft. I don't know why it's written jumbo braids as its just small quantity so I advise getting more packs.

I ordered a wig on 11/14/16. I paid for 3 day shipping which is $12 and some change. My wig was shipped out on 11/15/16. I didn't receive my wig until 11/21/16. What's the point in paying for 3 day shipping when it's still gonna take a week to get the wig. I had an event and needed the wig on time. Didn't get it so I had to miss the event. Lesson learned. Never again!

The site has a great variety of wigs from human to synthetic, curly to straight.

First of all, I paid for international shipping for my purchase only to find out that they don't offer international shipping. I'm very confused. Who did they then ship my order to? And why did I pay for something that wasn't even offered. I tried to contact their customer service and it's been almost a week still no reply. The absolute worst service.

I like shopping on Elevate Styles website. The search engine works great and you have a large variety. My disappointment was that you were out of stock of almost everything I loved. I did find something I loved though and bought it in 2 colors. It shipped fast and arrived quickly.
