It would be great if the texture of the year was indicated on the package. Youtuve videos make the web look silky but it is more textured.

I wish there was an immediate confirmation button on the website after you click request RMA slip

The hair was no where near what I expected, and what was displayed. Unfortunately, I had to open the package to find this out, and now cannot return for a refund.

I ordered 15 packs of hair and it arrived on time. The amount of hair in the packs was a little less than I expected, however, it all worked of in the end, so I'm still happy with my purchase!

The wig is nice, But not enough hair in the back and the black is to black. It can be toned down a little great.

There was no truly exemplary performance by this company nor was there any really bad service from the company. It was just a typical fashion get the order in and get the product out type of thing.

I just wish shipping time could be quicker but I guess there's nothing you can really do about that.

The swiss lace I ordered was nice but it shed so bad i had to take it off i mean the hair came out in clumps I liked the style but the quality was garbage

My selection of color was out in a particular wig and instead of canceling my order, they called and offered another color and was still able to fulfill my order!

I just received the order I placed. It was shipped in a timely manner and was everything I expected! Very pleased!

I never received my package, they charged my credit card and now are refusing to respond to my emails!

The delivery was timely however, disappointed in the product. The wig was small and I pretty much wear mediums. Most wigs I can fit, this one, not. I'm so sorry I cut the lace, otherwise I would have returned the product. And this happened to be one of their expensive whole lace wigs. SMH!

I paid the the priority shipping for 2-3 days and it didn't come on time. The customer service rep re-imbursed me with no hassle at all. Definitely will order again!
