Have not tried the hair yet. The hair does look good and it is super soft. I also are washed it and it still looks good, no tangles or hardness to the hair.

My experience with tge site was great. I went in search pre tweezed wigs and they were one of the few sites that had them. I was able to purchase two. The product was great and I got numerous compliments. I even recommended the sites of two other people. The free shipping was much faster than I expected.

I was hesitant because of the length but when I got the faux locs installed I loved it and it was soft and wasn't tangled and it lasted longer than I thought.

Received my wig when promised. I love that updates are for each step of the order.
The wig took a while to arrive, I guess it is to be expected with an overseas order. Had to pay an extra customs charge. I received emails to say the wig was delivered when it wasn't. I have to say that the customer service could have been better. But the wig is really nice, lovely colour and well made
