Has stolen a licensed image of mine to sell on this site illegally. My Siamese Cat Mardi Gras painting is already licensed with another company as a cross stitch pattern. I did not authorize or license this image to this website in any manner what so ever!
A thief that is making money off of other peoples work! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Thank you so much for bring to our attention that the cross stitch pattern “Siamese Cat Mardi Gras” was your intellectual property and that the images displayed on both Facebook and on our website were in breach of copyright. All the images that we could find (two (2) on Facebook and three (3) on our website) have been removed. If there are any others, please let us know their location so that we can also remove them. The original pattern files have been deleted and associated CDs destroyed. There are no paper versions of this pattern. Since none of this pattern ever sold, we can be assured that it can never be reproduced now. We do hope that this prompt and diligent action is satisfactory. Please feel free to contact us any time regarding any questions, comments, and/ or suggestions. We take customer service seriously.
We are extremely sorry that this has happened and will in the future do due diligence to insure that nothing like this happens again.
