I ordered a Windows 10 Pro key, paid for it with PayPal and have not received the key. Site says they sent the key but it is not in my email or spam folders, their confirmation email of the purchase arrived quickly, but the email with the key never came. Ripoff!
I ordered 2 Xbox gift cards for $25.00 each and on the website, the price was in GDP however I was paying in USD so the cost of the gift card final was over 50.00 yet they advertized it as 26% discount. They are not legit.
This company will ask for you to upload a personal letter with all your personal information on it after you pay for your 12 month ps4 plus code. I paid with PayPal and they sent an email asking for my personal information in the form of a picture of a mailed letter with my personal information on it. This company is a scam. Avoid this place at all cost!

Run the other way people. They are crooks that will not rectify their mistakes. Sent a xbox code that was already redeemed and will not refund or resend a different one. I emailed them a few times and waited about a week for them to resolve the problem and they stopped responding. Since they did not respond I reviewed them on trustpilot and then they responded. But needless to say that was the last time they emailed. They did not give me a refund or a different code. Just terrible customer service!

Purchased a £25 PSN top up and received a email straight away saying a further email would follow. Nothing happened so I tracked my order and it was showing out of stock! Nothing from Electronic First to advise me of that. Contacted them said they would have more in a few hours. 8 hours later still nothing. Contact them again- no response. Contact them the next day asking for money back. They reply asking if I'm happy to wait for more stock or money back! Sticking with CD Keys from now on.

Obviously these people are credit card fraud abusers. Asking for a photo of my electric bill after the purchase through an e-mail. If I gave the a card I could understand... but I paid through paypal...

I bought a 12-month Xbox Live Gold pass code from them, and tried to redeem it but it didn't work. When i contacted Microsoft support and provided the redemption code that Electronic First sent me, Microsoft said it didn't work because someone else on a different account not linked to me activated the code earlier the same day that they had sent it to me. They're cheats... pay a bit more and save yourself the headache.

At first I was a little scared of ordering because it had such a good price and the reviews weren't so good. However, I decided to get 2 years of Xbox live with the vpn, and it worked! The vpn was super easy to download and everything worked well!
I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand! Received correspondence at first "our technical team is working on it" but to no avail. Fake product key... DO NOT do business with these scammers!

I purchased a PS plus code and when my son entered it, we were actually charge the full amount for a PS plus account PLUS the 35 we'd already spent on this site. We've been disputing it from PayPal and they are completely unwilling to refund our money and told us that they'd have to 'resell' the code and that I should delete my emails from them - completely sketchy!
I ordered a 12 month PS + Card. AFTER I paid THROUGH PAYPAL, I received an email stating that I had to supply them with my phone number and a scanned picture of recent mail I had received so they could 'verify' that I was a real person. I paid through PAYPAL! I am already verified through them!
Their online chat is a freaking joke! So now I don't have my code and I am $38.00 short in my bank account. I opened a dispute via PayPal, but I have to wait a week before they will investigate the matter. Steer clear of these scamming piles of trash!
