Never buy from them. Anounced that codes are delivered in 15 mins to email, but usually need to wait 3-24 hours.
Attempted many times to contact the companry for tech support. Not able to reach by phone or live chat.
So let me first say that I placed my order (US region) before I landed on this review site, and the email delivery for my 12 month xbox live subscription didn't arrive immediately as stated in the sale, it actually took about 20mins for it to arrive in my inbox. I got anxious while I was waiting and googled the site to see if it was reputable. After reading all the negative reviews here, I thought for sure it must be a scam given that it didn't arrive quickly. I was halfway through composing an email to their support team when I finally received the email. Now, the code they send you is literally a scanned image of the back of one of the physical cards that's been scratched off to reveal the code (which again made me anxious because I heard about people receiving used codes and figured this might be the case). Next I went onto the Microsoft site [https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem#/] logged into my account and input the full 25 digit code and fortunately it was immediately recognised and validated by the Microsoft store. So IT DOES WORK, but the interface and the experience of receiving a scanned image of the code instead of plain text really put me off. Luckily there was nothing to worry about in this case. I just wish the web designers would put a little more effort into the website design because it comes off looking very "dodgy". The fact that they sent a picture of the code does very little to garner your customer's trust. So like I said it worked out okay but it made me really anxious so I don't think I would buy from them again simply because I don't want to endure that process of uncertainty again.
