I've had many people report that when they buy accounts, the card credentials get stolen and it cancels the purchase. I never had that in the past, but whenever you try to verify an account, they just steal your ID and instantly ban you. Also you cannot message sellers beforehand. It is a complete scam and you will lose money and get your credit/debit card and ID stolen. Never agian

They cant help you if there's a problem in your account...

Tried to purchase an item, they gather all account information, then after accepting purchase They take ID and automatically send an email to say the purchase was canceled. Then when trying to contact customer services live chat and explain the situation they automatically shut the chat with no response. Then when you email them they send out a generic email playing dumb saying they have no say in why the account is banned. Jokes on them though as soon as they banned me I made sure to change all my info on the newly created game account as I was worried this could happen. They are getting nothing from me. They would not explain why I was banned just their system flagged the account. Use caution with this group after a few google searches I was able to find reviews and the results are very similar to my issues. :(

Today I registered for the first time on this website to start selling. Instantly after completing ID verification my account got permanently suspended. Support staff said that there will be no information about my ban and then straight up left the chat :\

I would like to let you know that i bought an GTA v online account from Eldorado. I have chosen an account and i was ready. The payment is secure and after paying i got the account data. There was the e-mail with the passcode. There is only one issue. The account that i bought was suspended. I thought this is scam and stuff like this. I contact the seller. There is a supportchat on the website so you can contact the sellers, which is great. I took couple of hours an then the seller gave me new account as expected i opened it and it worked i changed my passcode and my E-Mail.
At the end I am very happy from the support so I can tell it is worth it, it is secure and if there are any issues, they will be settled so can only recommend you, if you have couple of dollars it is still cheaper from buying Sharkcards.

I made registration, to sell my account of a game. After registration they want from me to provide ID documents to get approved. So i do everything, then my account was approved. After that i try to upload my account to try it to sell, but at the end my account was suspended. I write to the support 5 mails and explain them the problem and they didnt write me email or try to contact me. So they have my ID details and they can use it to scam! Be aware from this website!

After sending a picture with my driver's license information, and my face. They just banned me for absolutely no reason. Support doesn't even justify the ban.

Bought Genshin account from a seller. Was already banned/recovered. Got a replacement account but it was a stolen account. Same thing happened a third time. Then accuses me of being a scammer to support. Even though he admits selling a banned account as evidence. Gets my review deleted by support so he can continue scamming lmao. Absolute joke that support aids scammers even with evidence.

Let me tell you about my experience, both unpleasant and justified. I bought an elden ring account a month ago from a guy with a green checkmark, which means he should be trustworthy if the site management lets him continue selling. Everything is fine and dandy, I changed the password and email from the steam account, but after 2 weeks I find that I no longer have access to the account, apparently you can recover your account if you enter the card information and specify the first payments on the account, things on which I had no way of knowing about the account. After I left a bad review, the seller contacted me and told me to delete the review because it affects him, while I was trying to contact the support of the website, who told me that he couldn't do anything because I - the warranty period has passed. In the end, the seller gave me another account with elden ring with which he did the same scheme after 3 weeks and 4 days, while I currently have no access to any account. Conclusion do not buy from here, I was robbed of 25 dollars. You may find this identical review on other sites because I don't speak English and I use google translate to write it

Best site ever, accept debit card, but they need to add Paypal, good seller, if You lose. Your account some sellers will replace, but in general, great

As a seller it will take your ID along with your face and use it. Yes they're selling your identity somewhere else. They will instantly ban you the moment you upload your ID with your face in it ( For absolutely no reason) No further explanation will be given. Support is absolutely non-existent and the site might not be a scam but it will steal your identity.

Eldorado gg is a complete fraud. There is minimal customer service. This site is NOT recommended. Remember, 90% of all successful transactions are reversed after the "guarantee/warranty" period. So, seriously DYOR...

Absolutly disgusting customer service. If they provided the ID of the agent i was talking to i would also provided the ID of the agent. I purchased an account their, and the buyer sold me an account which was illegally modified and i demanded a refund and he ddi not give it. I disputed and was denied for it aswell. Not only that, the account that was stat hackked aslo triggered a ban on ym system. I'm absoluty disgusted the way he treated me unfairly and the same as the customer service agent.

I have a full video showing clear evidence that the account was illegally modified and i am down right disrespected. If you dont want to be scammmed dont buy any accounts from their sites. Go to other sites that are legitmate.

A bank charge back will be implemeted in this process. I am so disguested by the experience.

Complete Garbage. I got taken for over $300 and customer service was rude and basically said "good luck with that" when I explained to them in no uncertain terms that I had not been provided what I paid for, and that it had been overdue for days at that point. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. It has caused me nothing but misery and you get NO HELP from their customer support to rectify. They simply tell you to work with the seller (who scammed you in the first place). Take your money elsewhere

I bought an account and they changed the email so you cant rechange it for months and before you have a chance to do that they reset the password to an email you can't change and screw you in the $#*!. Don't waste your money

El Dorado is a scam platform, selling stolen accounts and items, and El Dorado support KNOWS and support this, not offering refunds FOR ANY REASON. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!

I took sweat to add all my details, then i get accepted then i enter buy amount enter my game name for trade, and suddenly "your account suspended contact customer support" as you could guess customer support forwards massage to me of permanent suspense, no further explanation will be disclosed... What?
Beforehand auto message claimed suspicious activity when i pressed buy button for the first time ever, but support wouldnt engage any constructive discussion. So i feel my id info was basically taken by them and straight after that i get banned, i hope it is not gonna be used for identity theft, or do you think i should contact police is this fishy or normal? Are they legitimate. Please post more experiences of your about this site, so i could comprehend do i need to take legal action.
While i write this i understood why they do not engage into discussion... so i couldnt print screen it, while i was writing this they have disabled me from direct contacting support and redirected window to avoid printscreens, i give -5stars obviously.
