You can't even do anything for free. Lowest subscription is 6 months and way too expensive and this only gives you the ability to send messages(nothing special) You can't even cancel and will be immediately sent to a collections agency if any of your payments don't go through. Scummy website, $#*!ty experience all around, you have a better chance just dm'ing on facebook.

No one decent is interested in me. They men seem older than they are. I really would like a refund. I would tell others not to bother with eharmony. I am going back to plenty of fish or ANYTHING else.

And they won't give you your money back. I'm nice looking, but they aren't displaying me with any frequency unless I want to pay more money. $#*! them.

This Is a very dishonest, pathetic company. I couldn't find a way to cancel my subscription. So I had to cancel my debit card. Even without something to charge they kept running my bill against me. They don't let you cancel not on the site. Not a number to call nothing. Not to mention there's no women on this sorry site. None atleast where I live or 100 miles within. There fixing to get there $#*! sued if these morons keep it up. You'll never get the money you say I owe you not even when I'm dead and gone. Save yourself and don't join eharmany

They advertise free services and then bill you for a year of services as soon as you log in. This is a scam.

Contrary to their advertisement, Eharmony is a huge waste of time, money and emotion. They do not match according to one's wishes. What's worse, I encountered multiple catfishers on that site. Approximately ten percent of my so-called "matches" were people seeking to steal from me. Incidentally, Latin Cupid is even worse.

I wish I could give less than 1 star but it's not possible so here goes.
This company has found a way to safely cheat good people out of our money just by using our need for love. I signed up thinking this would be a safe way to possibly find love but within a month I realized it wasn't for me and so I tried to cancel my account. Without much success I sent an email explaining the need for cancelation and that I was no longer able to pay for the plan. I was told I cannot cancel because I signed up for a year which I thought was for 6 months but they said a year. I logged out and kept paying $34.58CD per month for 11 more months. This is a useless site ran by criminals who sleep well at night on our hard earned money.

I have been on e harmony for a month now. The problem is that almost everyone is at least 100 miles from me. I'm a 66 year old attractive, athletic woman and a great catch. I had several matches but no one wants to get involved because the distance, which I understand. I have cancelled my subscription. Don't waste your time and money.

Had this app two years ago at some point For a long time I couldn't log in even with my personal Wi-Fi at home since I couldn't get past the loading page to delete my account even when I stayed on it for day and restarted my phone they continued to charge me and failed to address the issue of not even being able to use the services they were asking money for when emailed since they have no existing phone number for a customer service anywhere

Please do not join, I cannot get those monthly charge to stop even after cancelling my account on the first week. They would not refund anything and have been charging my AMEX every month for the past 6 month, I had to cancel my CC and even then, I'm having trouble getting backed up from AMEX.
I would rather stay single with that experience,

Simply a horrible site. This dating site sends you people that do not match your profile. They do not have great customer service or I should say no customer service. I was on the site for approximately two weeks the first three days I noticed that in my small town they kept sending me people I actually knew as matches and that I would not date. I sent numerous complaints and told them I would not continue with their site I deleted my profile and did not utilize their site after a week or so. Customer service told me well you're signed up for six months so go ahead and enjoy the site. I live in a small town there is no one that I would want to date and eHarmony customer service were more like robots, no understanding and could only say "enjoy the site you have six months left". Please do not go on this site, it is a rip off. Horrible customer service and you will be charged an excessive amount of money. I refused to pay one dime more to these people. They have now sent me to a collection agency which I will contact the BBB for a resolution. Bottom line… Be wary of this company!

It has a lot of obese women, with no way to screen them. Weeding them out is time consuming. A lot of profiles are fake and many are with no photos. I do NOT recommend it. It's a complete waste of time money. Customer service is abysmal.

I'm not one to right reviews. This dating site is terrible and a lot of money. You have to sign up for six months. You cannot cancel your subscription. Please do not sign up. Match and Zoosk is so much better. Best of luck on your search!

I assigned to eharmony as a Premium Member, so this way was able to experience the site. As they stated if i choose the Premium Membership I could cancel my subscription within 2 weeks for no charge.
I cancelled my membership within 5 days, and yes they still charged me for £65! For completing the personality quiz, what you need to set up your profile, and it is free of charge if you are a Premium Member! I clearly asked them to cancel my subscription and also delete my account, so I wasn't planning to use it under no circumstances, not even as a basic member. I deleted my account as soon as they cancelled my subscription, but they will still take the money off me. Only sign up if you have money to waste. Unbelievable.

If I could give negative stars I would absolutely give them a negative. They are sneaky with their 3 day money back guarantee. I literally used this site for 1 hr. No lie 1 hr and knew it wasn't what I was looking for. I canceled my account right away, sent an email to customer support for a refund. Well 48 hours later I received an email saying that they would not refund me. I argued with them about the 3 day refund guarantee and because I don't live in the states they chose to give the refund in, basically I'm stuck. Here is the best part. Thank God I only bought the 6 month plan which was $210 dollars. So, I asked for a refund after using the site for 1 hr. They sent an email back stating that they won't give a refund but they will add 3 months to my account. My god please tell me where that makes sense. I want to cancel my 6 month membership, but they are willing to give me 3 months free. What the hell, I feel like I'm on another planet sometimes. So I sent another email asking them how did that make any sense at all, and all they could talk about was the states that could have a refund, and telling me how I should delete the people I don't like. Seriously, I then sent them another email stating that I would let people know what happened and how this negative experience would go out to millions of people. I even said let me get this straight, you would rather get a horrible review on your company for everyone to see than refund me after using your site for one hour. You will give me 3 months FREE but you won't cancel my 6 months. Please tell me the logic. So all this being said guys I would highly recommend not to use this dating service, unless you like people with missing teeth, overweight, haven't shaved, looks as if they just rolled out of bed or worse, then by all means give them your money. They match you up with people who lie about their so called test on a compatible personality test. What a complete joke of a site. So I wrote this review to tell you what happened, so enter at your own risk. They wouldn't refund my 3 month membership, but willing to give me 3 months free. LMBO where does that make any sense what so ever.

Signed up for their 3 month subscription. Contacted 52 women with not one response. Everything they advertise about the website is a lie! Don't waste your money. I think it's sick you take advantage of desperate people for their money.

I lost my wife and thought I was ready to date after signing up I realized within 24 hours I was not and could never replace what I'd lost. Upon trying to cancel I was told I had to fulfill my obligation, so lost my initial $131. Xx payment and now they expect me to pay the remaining installments. They have no compassion only a desire to line their pockets with your money.

Same as everyone else - I signed up for the ridiculously expensive price of membership, chose the 6 month payment option, and there were ZERO people in my area within reasonable driving distance. I asked eharmony to cancel my service, and to stop charging me the remaining payments, and they refused. So I filed a complaint with the BBB, and will dispute the charges when they hit my card. Awful customer service.

First off I paid knowing I could cancel and get a FULL refund if I cancelled within 3 days. I called the next day to cancel and the woman(very thick accent) said NOPE! Could only cancel if you lived in certain states in America. And I did not live in one of those states! Wtf! Next I emailed customer service and I was told NOPE! I could only cancel in the first 3 days if I lived in the UK. I hate being tricked. And I hate this site. All I get is messages from men who live 19,000 miles away, when I specifically say range within 20 miles. Also, I'm matched with men who are 5'4" when I specifically say over 5'11 because I am 5'9. I hope people read this and I hope you do not waste your time or money. I have not seen one person who even lives near me that I would meet. Worst dating site out there
