I buy from here for my mother in law for birthdays, Christmas and mothers day and the flowers arrive beautifully packaged and they last for ages, never had a bad bunch of flowers

I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's birthday for £19.00. As soon as I completed the order I noticed that I had put the address as 87 instead of 87A. I contacted chat right away and was told they would amend it. Then I received an email saying they couldn't change it but I hoped that the driver would use his common sense when not being able to deliver to 87 and knock at 87A which is the other half of a divided cottage. He did not and on contacting E florist I was told that as it was my initial mistake I would not be refunded. Also the site said that there was money off your first order and I expected it to be deducted on payment. This was not the case and they said that the money would be taken off the next order which in my book would be my second order not the first. I will not use this site again.
The flowers I ordered was for a very special person on a very special occasion and you have let me down and looking like I don't care and looking like a fool. NOT HAPPY at this service. Not even a phone call or email to say there was a difficulty

I have been using eFlorist for some years now as I live USA. EFlorist has always been my "go to" for my Mum & friends, I have never been disappointed with the service and the beautiful bouquet's my Mum & friends have received.
I rarely use this type of internet service but found it very helpful throughout. I had a query which was dealt with far more efficiently and in a more friendly manner than I anticipated. Easy to track delivery which was important st this time of year.

Ordered flowers called snow fall to cheer my friend up who has recently lost her dad. Colours were nice but for the price I paid which was the large bouquet costing £31.99! Then £5.99 for delivery I was gutted! Would have been better off going to the local supermarket and buying a £20 bunch!

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
