I had used Eflorist before and been happy with it. This time, I paid for a large bunch of flowers, choosing according to the number of flowers in the photo on their website, and a smaller one was delivered. I contacted Eflorist about this, and they claimed the stem count on the picture I sent was correct, even though they could only see one side of the vase. They repeated twice that flowers were sent in bud, which I knew, and would not address the issue of the smaller number of flowers being sent. I will not use them again.
I always order through EFlorist from overseas to the UK and have never been let down. The flowers are always in great condition and deliver when they say they are.
Great website with a plentiful choice of flowers. The Christmas flowers especially are beautiful. I sent some to a friend who is undergoing treatment for cancer and they were well received, said they cheered them up at a difficult time. I tracked the delivery and they were received on time. Excellent products at competitive prices, I will keep using eflorist and would recommend them to anyone.
Ordered flowers for my mums birthday, says they can deliver same day, later that afternoon I got an email saying they could not deliver. Y the time I got the email it was to late to order anymore from a different company

Double booked me so my dad is going to get same order twice with same message. They refuse to fix my billing. They had 4 days notice to change but refuse. Said it's already made when I notified them right away. Will never use again unless fixed.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
