I have used this service twice. The first order was good. The second order which was delivered today was bad when I received a photo and a thank you I was embarrassed. I had to apologize and tell my friend that it looked nothing like the picture on the web site. They were kind and said it was fine. I would give it a 2 star review but the 1st order was good. So a 3 is fair.

Ordered a basket of flowers for a 50th birthday delivery late December, paid £35 plus delivery charge.
Flowers arrived in a box and were dishevelled and the arrangement was not the same as the picture advertised on the website. I contacted E- florist who said, flowers are as purchased, and did nothing regarding compensation. This was upsetting and disappointing, I have previously used E-florist several times without disappointment so this was a first, but as a result of poor customer experience I will not use them again.
Sending flowers to family in another country had always been problematic until I found your service! I'm in South Carolina, USA, and I send flowers to my sisters in York, England for birthdays and holidays. Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
