I ordered flowers, vase and card for a friend who was having an operation.
I ordered these in the morning for same day delivery and they arrived a couple of hours later.
My friend was overwhelmed and loved them too. Was hard to pick all of the displays are beautiful.

I need to post a review about this site, I have used this site many, many times and each time the flowers have been wonderful, and not only that they have lasted a long time, making the gift extra special to the recipient. I did use another site once, but never again, flowers looked nothing like the picture and looked like they were just thrown together. I cannot say what E Florist are like dealing with complaints as I have never had to make one, so assume that department is almost redundant. I ordered some this week for delivery friday and I know they will be exceptional, so I have peace of mind. A big thank you to E Florist from me.
Paid for an upgrade on the size for a surprise delivery for my wife but the bouquet was very small and a lot of the flowers were brown on the petal edge and even the leaves were quite wilted. Will probably not use eflorist again
I used to order the flowers from Eflorist before for mum and she loved it. Then I decided to order the flowers again here for my boyfriend's birthday. Everything looked good until we found out that the delivery man delivered the parcel to the wrong house! I saw the picture of the front porch with the parcel he took and I knew exactly it was not our house. It was Sunday and there was no way to contact either Eflorist staff nor DPD staff. It was very frustrating and I would never order anything from Eflorist again if they do not change the delivery company. Their delivery policy is not good. They do not call before delivery. They do not ask to sign. They just leave your stuff at front porch. That's it. No responsibility at all.
I ordered a bouquet for a friend who was ill. It arrived on time 2 days later. She was delighted. Flowers beautiful and fresh and just as picture from what she described. I have ordered from Eflorist before and not been disappointed. Well done and thank you so much.
Sent these flowers to my Daughter as she and her partner and 2 of my Grandkids have Covid. Thought they cheer her up a tiny bit. Arrived on time and for the price I think they look fabulous. No problems at all.
Have ordered flowers for my partners birthday would have thought they would have been delivered by now, they have not even left the depot of couriers, would imagine will maybe get them at some point tonight, when her birthday will be just about over, not good whatsoever, unhappy customer
Yet again this bouquet I bought for my wife looks beautiful. The ordering was easy, the price was good value and the flowers as described on the website arrived on time. I have used eFlorist Uk several times and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone.
Ordered for a member of staff... clearly stated office hours nothing delivered til gone 5!
Tried to contact to rearrange for office hours cant speak to a human being so still no idea what these very expensive flowers look like!
The bouquet that arrived today was very disappointing the roses look half dead and the rest could be any thing I don't think they will flower and for the price an absolute disgrace will not be using this company again
Have used eflorist a number of times. Their site is easy to navigate and use and the flowers are always really well presented. Within a few days they have always bloomed into really super arrangements. Their courier is brilliant and you are never left wondering where the order is or whether they have been delivered to recipient. Cannot recommend highly enough

This isn't the first time I have used eFlorist, initially I was sent a beautiful bouquet from my daughter-in-law and was so pleased with it they are now my ‘go to' of choice. Ease of ordering and quick delivery with some beautiful choices.
This is the second occasion when ordering flowers from eFlorist. On both occasions the service is second to none and the flower presentation was particularly excellent - lovely flowers and beautifully presented. Reliable delivery. Very pleased and they will be our "go to" provider in the future.

I reside in the channel Islands and really wanted to send my nan some nice flowers for her birthday. I decided on eflorist and I'm so glad I did I was able to track to see when she got them and they were really well received.
Brilliant service. Always makes my mum smile (which, to be honest, is the reason that I send them!) The website is easy to navigate, the prices are good - especially with the discounts and free chocolates! Delivery is swift and I'm kept updated from start to finish.
Unable to cancel a duplicate next day order within 5 minutes of making it. Apparently, the order prep processes start immediately and are unstoppable. Unable to set up Yodel's account to stop the courier delivering the same order twice on the same day to the same addressee(s). You can't phone them although I must say the email responses were prompt. Not sure I'll be using them again. You can't optimise to the point where common and wholly predictable human errors cannot be accommodated.
I found this an easy to use site with some great options of bouquets, I liked how the size of each option can be increased. Also great to see that eFlorist offers a discount to holders of the blue light card! 15%. Thanks...
I rarely use this type of internet service but found it very helpful throughout. I had a query which was dealt with far more efficiently and in a more friendly manner than I anticipated. Easy to track delivery which was important st this time of year.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
