How can you advertise something that you can't deliver then offers substitute nothing like what was ordered that you could deliver 2 days later l don't think so won't be ordering anything off you again regard mick
I've been using eflorist a couple of years now for birthdays, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Always delivered on time and everyone says the flowers received are of the highest quality. Fully recommend eflorist to everyone I know.
I ordered flowers for a very special occasion for my wife. Online they said next day delivery. Their courier Yodel went to the business address where it was supposed to be delivered at 19.41pm knowing it is a business address, threw the parcel over the main gate knowing very well the package is exposed to weather, throwing a deliver card behind the gate again open to elements. Only a fool can think that in UK winter weather the package will be safe and the delivery card won't be flown away in the wind. Forget flowers, even petals were not available for my wife. Very disgusting service, customer service have sent standard covid response and didn't bother to resolve the issue. I am going to small claims court and claiming damages.
Flowers greatly received by a friend as a surprise. She loved them. Have used this company several times and highly recommend them. Unfortunately deliver service not as efficient on this occasion as previous. Customer only found them on back door step as a matter of luck. Hadn't knocked nor posted a card to explain where they were. And I didn't receive the tracking email whatever so did actually think the delivery hadn't happened
The flowers were beautiful but the communication and delivery isn't up to the standard and efficiency of my past experiences
I ordered some flowers for my daughter's birthday as she lives a long way from me. Hoping she will receive them when she gets in from work as she has to work on her birthday, she will enjoy the free chocolate's as she loves chocolate so much. Elaine
Very easy and comfortable process step by step route to follow, very good description of items that can be selected with illustrations. First time using the site from home and on line (no overheard phone call to spoil the surprise) allowed privacy as the flowers were for a special occassion. Easy payment very competively priced allowed for a more comprehensive selection. Would use again
Flowers delivered a day later than planned, left on the drive. The delivery man did not even ring the bell to see if the recipient were in. It was raining so the box was soaking wet when found and the chocolates that were supposed to be delivered with the flowers were missing. First order with that company, last one I think... I obviously never received the photo of the delivery!
Needed to send flowers fast, chose eflorist who picked a florist near recipient and where delivered within the hour! How impressive is that! My frien absolutely loved them and was a special surprise.
I will definitely be using eflorist again and again.

EFlorist came up with exactly what I had ordered (at a competitive price), on the date promised, and I was impressed.
Needless to say, my wife was even more impressed and very pleasantly surprised.

Received the flowers I ordered today and they absolutely shocking and looking nothing like what I ordered, wilting and 1 rose on the entire bunch and if that's a large bunch of flowers biggest rip off going! I ordered flowers to be delivered saturday, but EFlorist use YODEL. All seemed well when the flowers reached the depot in Preston saturday morning, but then after 10.30 nothing! Yodel says it delivers til 9pm so obviously after 4pm nothing is contactable.
Now it's Sunday and NO flowers.
I know it's note florist fault but they should use a reliable transporter such as DPD. I paid £6 delivery.
Won't use a florist online ever again. I am very disappointed as they were for someone who is not well.
Very disappointed with this purchase. The flowers arrived dead in the box along with all the greenery. You also hardly got any Flowers. Ended up going to the supermarket and got a full healthy bunch for half the price. 2nd bad experience with this company in 2 years so I would avoid.
It was easy to both place the order and get the delivery sorted, We were kept really well informed of the progress.
And most important of all, it meant a very great deal to the recipient.

First time ordering from here and i was so pleased with how well the flowers was packed my freind who they was for absolutely loved them and fab that they came with free chocolates also paid for a teddy bear which was very cute, will definitely be ordering again picture doesnt do it justice
I havent received them yet but in the past of orders i have placed and received they have all been wonderful. Everything about them brightens up my wife's day under the currant circumstances of life and cov-19. Will order again. I have no photos for proof but just ordering should be enough.
Order flowers for my mums birthday and on the Saturday late evening still no flowers. Will be making a complaint first thing Monday morning and demanding a full refund! Will stick to interflora in future and pay the more expensive price as then at least I know I will get the service I paid for. STAY CLEAR. Would give 0 stars if it allowed me to.
Delivery time was fantastic but then when the flowers arrived half of them were already dying off. There were also alot less flowers than I was anticipating. Overall decent job but for over £20 could've been much better.
What was ordered & what arrived were completely different. Their customer service is appauling & for £42, I could have got a nicer bunch for £6 in Asda.
Their Facebook reviews also show how bad they are!

It seemed really easy to order the flowers, however, once I had paid for them, I then received an email to tell me they will be delivered within a day or two of the requested date and that the flowers will be closed. If I had known this prior to paying, I would have gone elsewhere. This is just another example of poor customer care, you make sure you take the money and then inform the customer that they might not get what they just paid for, and then, put in place several hoops for the customer to jump through to try and get their money back. I will never use this service again and I will warn people of how poor the service has been.
Disappointed with the flowers delivered to my mother in law - they looked nothing like the ones I ordered - I was so embarrassed that they had been delivered in my name. I complained to customer services and they did not want to know they just 'fobbed me off'.
I had already ordered the same flowers to be delivered to a friend four days later but I was unable to cancel the order so I was humiliated again when poor flowers were delivered.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
