Hello. I´m form Czech republic. My daugther graduated from a university in London. After school, she found a job here. February 8 she celebrates the name-day (this is Czech custom). Hence the flower from mom and dad. We hope she likes it. Excuse me I don´t speak good English.
Very happy with the flowers being delivered on time. But, there was no card with them, so the person who received them had no idea who they were from. The person phoned you only to be told that it may take up to 48 hours to find out. Quite disappointed.
My order was confirmed and I ordered for a friend in UK for her birthday, all the way from India and trusted that it will delight her. But neither my order got delivered, nor there was any response on my request and follow up. Its been 24 hours and will see if anything happens today for delivery OR am I being scammed
I was in hospital early this year and had some flowers sent, they were so nice I thought I would use them when I was going to send some. I have used them a few times and got one this week going to a 90+ friend. The web page makes it so nice to see what to order and they look lovely from friends who have had them from me. So You try them and your friends will love what the get.

Emailed me at 14:00 on the day of delivery on our anniversary saying they couldnt deliver. Why didnt they let me know earlier! Thanks for ruining my wifes anniversary! Disgusted! Amy in customer services was useless, when i told her how dissatisfied i was and that i would write a 1* review, this is the response i received 'Thank you for your email.
Please confirm if a refund would be more suitable at this time?
We are sorry for any disappointment caused on this occasion.'
They deserve more bad reviews if this is how they respond to ruining occasions like this. Disgrace!
I received information by email that the recipient was not at home to receive the flowers, and they were left with the next door neighbour.
My reading of the situation is as follows: the individual delivering the gift must have been so courteous that the next door neighbour was clearly charmed to look after the gift until their neighbours would return.
Normally people would be hesitant to do this sort of a favour.

Ordered some flowers for my granddaughter ro give her mum for her birthday.
She waited until 4.30 pm the flowers were wilted and no chocolates.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Failed to deliver Mother's Day flowers, promised to refund my money but have not done so. Now they have stopped responding to emails. Looking at review sites, this appears to be a very common problem. Do not use this company.
Always use eFlorist when sending flowers whatever the occasion. The flowers are fresh and long lasting and my family always love to receive them. I am never disappointed with their service. Their prices are very reasonable and there is a lovely selection of arrangements to choose from.
Absolute great service, quick and easy to use online with a wide variety to choose from. Delivered quickly and are presented beautifully, I've ordered several times and wouldn't shop anywhere else. Absolutely stunning thankyou...
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday, which arrived a day late, this was disappointing and spoilt the surprise. There was no communication from eFlorists letting me know. Trying to contact them proved difficult. No phone number, only email, which they responded to a day later. In their response they said it had been delivered, there was no apology or good will gesture offered. Only after another email spelling this out did they offer a refund of the service charge, which I think is the delivery charge. On this basis and because they are not easy to contact I will NOT use again or recommend.

Ordered flowers on Thursday for delivery on the Monday for a 40th birthday. Plenty of notice I thought.
They arrived 23.30 on Tuesday. Email customer services and got the good old tried and tested Covid excuse.

Nice fresh arrangement of flowers. Chocolates a nice touch. Delivery was on the day stated despite it being Christmas Week. Liked having the opportunity to add a personal message. Convenient way to order flowers for a friend who didn't live nearby. Friend was very pleased with them.

Come not watered. One rose out of 8 broken, one freesia out of 3 broken as well. Looks like cheap version even so ordered large bouquet. Glad I didn't ordered medium. Most likely I will never use it again.
Ordered flowers for wife, on opening them was very disappointed with their condition, most of the leaves had wilted and lay in the box, also the roses looked as though they had been found in a crematorium's rubbish bin.
No food packet was supplied, would have been better getting a five pound bunch from a supermarket. Also again no free chocolates, which would have made up somewhat for the poor show. Shame this review for this experience wasn't like the last time which was great.
Delivery and ease of ordering was very very good but I'm not so sure the comparison of the flowers delivered is as good as the advertised flowers? I went for the largest and most expensive! (Spring Hedgerow) I do realise some are in bud but there definitely seems less of the pink ones. Make your own minds up from the pics below.

I wanted to send some flowers to my daughter in law who had Covid, and googled same day delivery. I had never heard of or used eFlorist before, but they came up on my search and promised same day delivery if ordered by 2pm.
I ordered at 13-21 for West London delivery and my d-i-l texted me at 15-30 to express her delight at what had arrived.
The photos looked exactly like the photo and she was delighted. Good value for online florists, with a premium for same day delivery to be expected. Would definitely use again to see if it works in the sticks!
Flowers were delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. Although they were a bit flat when they arrived, they were put in fresh water and recovered. Very easy to order on line and good value for money
I'm sure the flowers were beautiful, however sadly the yodel driver failed to locate the property so the recipient never received them! I also had a message to say they've been sent and received but they haven't!
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
