I had used Eflorist before and been happy with it. This time, I paid for a large bunch of flowers, choosing according to the number of flowers in the photo on their website, and a smaller one was delivered. I contacted Eflorist about this, and they claimed the stem count on the picture I sent was correct, even though they could only see one side of the vase. They repeated twice that flowers were sent in bud, which I knew, and would not address the issue of the smaller number of flowers being sent. I will not use them again.

I have used eFlorist on four occasions this year and every time they are delivered when they say they will be, the flowers are beautiful, they last for two weeks and the card and chocolates are an absolute treat. The fact that deliveries are made on a Sunday is also wonderful... there is nothing better than getting flowers on your special day.

DO NOT EVER BUY from these people. They are a complete joke. They dont answer emails or phone calls. I've waisted 50.00 on 100 roses for our wedding anniversary. I sent them pictures of the damaged box etc for two days straight. They then had the front to ask me what I thought of their customer services! I would strongly recommend not to bother as they dont answer any complaints and the phone number is always engaged. I should have known when a phone is constantly engaged there is a problem.

I ordered some flowers for my sister who is quite poorly at the moment she thanked me for them but said they were wilting & sent me a photo, they don't look exactly like the flowers bunch I ordered but was more disappointed that they were wilting as soon as she had taken possession of them I have had flowers sent to me in the past through the post maybe not from this company & they have always seemed fresh & lasted a while. The most upsetting thing to me is that I got them to cheer my sister up as she is very ill & they have not lived up to their expectations

I have used e florist a few times now. The ordering process is straightforward, easy to follow and transparent. Previous orders have resulted in on time deliveries with good quality flowers and the recipients have commented that they have lasted several weeks. Up to now I am entirely satisfied with the service received.

I ordered flowers for my daughter on Valentines Day as I do every year.
The product number was DE20AYRMM13. Firstly, the flowers arrived around 20:15 hrs which seems extremely late. Secondly although the flowers were ok, the box they came in was completely trashed. Finally, the flowers should have come with some free chocolates as advertised, but there were none. I understand that Valentines Day is a particularly busy time, but unfortunately my expectations from you did not live up to your advertising. Unfortunately, I will not be using your service again.

Easy site to navigate and order from. Beautiful flowers and arrangements at reasonable prices for most budgets. Very happy with delivery arrangements and good communication at each stage. Next time I wish to send flowers - I'll come here first.

My son and daughter in law have twice sent me this rose and lily bouquet when I was feeling low after a bereavement. The roses lasted so long, and the lilies filled the house with their perfume. I loved it so much I have sent this same bouquet to friends, and will choose it again in future, it`s beautiful. The nicest on the market and at an amazing price.

I sent a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday and was over the moon with them.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery, really good choice of flowers and great quality. My girlfriend absolutely loves them and they were delivered very quickly. If you want good quality flowers and quick delivery then I would definitely recommend.

Brought some flowers for my mum and sister and they were delivered in great time and I have seen photos and the flowers looked great. Website is very easy to use and to purchase multiple time to different locations was also very easy. I will certainly be using this site again

Flowers and chocolates were a lovely surprise for my girlfriend but unfortunately the card with my personalised message didn't arrive with them which was a real disappointment as it would have meant alot to her and myself. Not worth £30.00

I honestly do not know how this website still has business. They cannot guarantee the delivery date, even though you get to pick one. This misses the purpose of a flower delivery service. Also flowers are delivered through Royal Mail (?)

They are one of the cheapest flowers services, which is why I decided to go for them, but it wasn't worth it at all, as it has ruined the surprise of my girlfriends's first day at work. I cannot take that back. Please do yourself a favor and do not EVER use this company. Pay the £5 - £10 more and go for something else. Trust me on this.
