First time I I have used Eflorist UK. But will deffo use again. So easy to order, arrived beautifully sealed and packaged. My partner so pleased with them. Must be good. She loves her flowers. Thank you for making her birthday extra special.
Ordered my mothers flowers to be delivered on Christmas Eve, and recieved a text message advising that they were cancelled as they could not fulfill the order. Used before and had no problem, but on this occasion let me down badly with very little notice.
Eflorist is just my go to flower buying. Its all I need, flowers turn up not fully opened so they last longer, they are presentable and delivered on time even with chocolates, cuddly toys and a vase on one occasion. Prices seem fair for the convenience. Quick easy minimal hassle for me, but still the benfits of being thoughful.
I completely missed my nieces 16th birthday! Never send flowers, online or otherwise, but seemed right thing to do. Picked eFlorist because of other reviews. And wow, did they deliver! Lovely flowers, chocolates, good price, great quality, delivered at time promised, by carrier who left them in a sensible place as no-one in ( they weren't expecting delivery). No fuss no hassle, happy purchaser and very happy recipient - whats not to like! I will be using eFlorist again, and have already told 2 friends about them

Ordered a gift for daughters birthday - notified at 10pm on the day that it had been 'returned to depot'. Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact them without any responses and certainly no refund. This company is toxic - I fully accept that mistakes happen but failing to correct the situation or communicate is disgraceful. Shame on you eFlorist...
The arrangement arrived bang on time to surprise my sister who has kept me going supporting me with cheery phone calls after the death of both my husband and pet dog. It is arrarently so lovely she does not want to break the flowers down into vases. I will definitely use you again as others have not been so good or easy to order.
Unfortunately my Mum didn't get her same day birthday flowers which was disappointing, however I received an email to tell me this fairly promptly and an alternative was offered. Probably wouldn't use the site again as I tend to be quite a last minute shopper!
Excellent same day delivery service. Delivered to my darling friend within 2 hours which was fantastic (as she had just received some upsetting news and I couldn't get to her). The flowers were beautiful and overall a perfect service.

It's disappointing when flowers don't arrivet and, after follow-ups, it turns out they were signed for by someone else, with no attempt to contact the recipient despite my request that they do so before delivery. It's even more so, when you reach out again and again for feedback / updates and get dismissive responses (in fact, they may be algorithmic robots in a call center, I'm not sure) and then today, I was told 'we are no longer willing to engage with you further'. I live in South Africa. A pound is 20 rand here. It's a massive thing to be able to afford to send a friend flowers on her birthday so being repeatedly waved away by Sasha and Maddy is upsetting.
Good delivery on time but the flowers look disappointing for the money i paid extra for the larger bunch of flowers but doesn't look many the definitely not worth the money. Let's hope they last more than a few days as I've had this problem with other online florists hence trying this company
Sending an order for a friend on behalf of my dad. Very easy to order, processed so quickly and receiving updates on the delivery. I would have given the extra star if I could see and share a picture of the actual bouquet. Maybe a system where you could email the flowers before packaging would be useful. Ordered a medium pack of flowered and received a small pack of just seven small battered and tired Roses, two small Freesias and some addition foliage. Obviously been packed days ago. This was nothing like the photo in. The brochure for this sized pack. Highly disappointed. The price paid for these was no reflection of what was actually received.
I complained and forwarded some photographs and received a reply asking me if I would accept a replacement. I duly confirmed.
The next day we received a lovely proper bouquet from Eflorist which truly reflected the standard expected. We are really pleased with the package and the manner in which Eflorist dealt with the complaint.
If their quality control could match their products, then things like this would not happen.
However, thank you Eflorist for your swift attention to this matter. We do appreciate it.

Ordered for my mum as a thank you for looking after me with a broken leg the ones I ordered said you would get a thank you card and free chocolates they've just came the bouquet is tiny and there is no chocolates or thank you card as stated online.

I had used another well known Company for countless years, but now having a computer thought I would try eFlorist.
A friend his wife has had an awful 2 years of hospital treatment but has been given the all-clear.
Order placed and delivered by a helpful driver from Yodel all in less than 24 hours.
Top marks? To eFlorist my friends wife is 100% pleased with her flowers plus the bonus of a box of chocolates.

I ordered these flowers and they arrived over an hour and a half later than the latest delivery time. The flowers were not fresh and in fact were covered with mould. I also paid extra for a vase that was not included.
So pleased to have found this florist company. I ordered flowers for a friend and the whole process went so smoothly. Beautiful flowers, well packaged, great communication and DPD delivery supplied updates and a one hour timespan. The whole process was excellent.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
