The bouquet we received was extremely disappointing.
There were a couple of stems I threw away immediately as they were limp, with the leaves torn and hanging from the stem.
The amount of flowers was also disappointing. What we received for £35 was the same as a bouquet you could buy in a supermarket for around £5-£10
I won't be ordering from you again and I would not recommend anyone else to either.

I really feel I can trust this company to send a wonderful bouquet despite my not seeing what is sent. It is speedy and reasonably priced. I only found myself unable to put the discount code into the checkout, but that is probably my fault.
The only positive feedback I can leave for this experience with eflorist, is that the delivery arrived within the set time given.
The flowers themselves aren't appealing, nor to the standard displayed on the website.

Ordering online was relatively easy. The flowers were delivered by Yodel during the time slot estimated on the delivery day. The flowers arrived in bud as expected but the next day the roses and lilies opened and were a picture. They met our expectations. Thank you. Will use your services again.

I ordered these flowers 3 days ago and they have still not been delivered. I am very disappointed as the day is nearly over and the reason, I ordered them early was so they would be delivered on time. I am very disappointed. It was for a special birthday.
The courier service you used is very unreliable. The flowers were at their depot all day yesterday when they should have been delivered. We are still waiting for delivery.

I bought this bouquet to cheer up my sister-in-law. Unfortunately when she opened them several buds fell off. Which I found quite disappointing, also I ordered a medium bunch, the bouquet seemed a little sparse to be honest.
A very well packed and presented box of red roses which arrived right on time.
The recipient couldn't believe her eyes when she opened the box. Such a huge bunch of 50 red roses. They were superbly packed and totally without any damage.

Disappointed with the service I received as I tried to update an incorrect postcode only to be told cannot change at all although I had only oka ex the order. The flowers have arrived but size of bunch is very small compared to images. Won't be using again.

They are so pleased with the flowers which arrived on time in very good condition, and well packed. With a lovely box of chocolates I have seen a photo of them, and can see how fresh they are, and still in bud, so should last for some time. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Quality and price are alot to be desired. Purchased 12 roses for my wife for valentines day. They arrived on the scheduled day however flowers did not look fresh and presentation was poor. £29.99 was well over priced, I seen better looking roses which were presented beautifully in a box at our local supermarket.
Lesson learned won't buy again online.
Valentines flowers sent and the WRONG personal message inserted into the box. This almost caused a break-up and a lot of explanation from my side and proof, as you can expect the incorrect message had a different name, therefor the thoughts turn to cheating. All I got back was a simple apology, that shocked me, I provided the image of the message received and what I had actually written.
Question: when all works well it does, however - what happens when it does not? It seems to me as this was just filed into the bin!
Order some flowers myself came next day flower look small say on page nothing like was on picture came in box I had arranged own flowers when buying flower expenses think would ready done not in flat pack and some was dead did best I could with them doubtfully used company again hope that my aunty flower brought same day be better I wait and see that! Oh delivery server was dreadfully dump outside no ringbell or knock door not left in safe place only found they deliver when got email 30 mins later l go down stairs out front door easy put my foot thought them if didn't known they was thier so disappointed
Ordered for my boyfriend to cheer him up during self isolation, Good and efficient delivery but unhappy that a few flowers have wilted after only 2 days? Dissapointed as wanted them to last abit longer than that.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
