I rally felt ashamed that my friend received such a poor quality branch of flowers for her birthday.
The picture in the website is not reflecting the reality
The branch had only 8 flowers compare to the picture of spring Daze where had many flower. I have attached the picture for comparison.
In addition the chocolate box only include 4 chocolate ( worth £10? Really?).
The process and choice of options to choose from is always good and the prices are great and special offers too, your website is laid out well and a pleasure to use compared to some sites.
The delivery process and notifications from Yodel are also great so I know when they have been delivered to the person I purchased the flowers for. They always comment on how lovely they are and appreciate the way things have been delivered.
Keep up the good work, highly recommended.
I am a frequent buyer, my mum has not yet received her flowers. But I know that they will come in time as they always do and they will be well packaged as they always have been in the past with E florist. I am also visually impaired and the customer service has always been extremely helpful. I could not recommend this company enough and I hope you can treat yourself or your loved ones to some lovely flowers
I ordered flowers for my wife, for a specific date, as it was the end of treatment for Prostate Cancer for me and she has been so amazing supporting me.
The flowers were really good and after coming into full bloom looked lovely and lasted beyond expectation.
The only issue I had was they arrived a day later than I wanted them.
It was a Monday morning and I wanted to find something pretty to send to my wife. EFlorist UK had a range of agreeable products and services. I chose a bouquet (a wide range available), confirmed the delivery time (same day was no problem!) paid for the product (very smooth) and thought no more of it. At the appropriate time in the afternoon a knock on the door, my wife went to see who it was - eFlorist. Beautiful flowers, arranged very professionally, a great present. Thank you to all the workers who did the hard work. All I did was click a few buttons.
My friend received the flowers on her birthday. The flowers arrived with no water/ water soaked tissue or equivalent around its stems. Therefore the flowers were limp and sad looking when she received them. The flowers were supposed to be a mixture of yellow roses and white flowers. However there were only a couple of white flowers. So the arrangement did not look attractive, nothing like as advertised on the website
It was such an easy process to organise a flower delivery for my Mum's Birthday. They arrived very shortly after I had placed the order and my Mum was absolutely thrilled. The flowers are beautiful and the wee teddy we added into the order is so cute. Thank you so much for making my Mum's day x
The flowers arrived on time complete with vase and flowers. We were kept informed by Yodel, the delivery company although they did not post a picture to verify safe delivery but our friends showed us via Zoom. Ordering was simple and convenient. We were offered the chance to win back our money if we posted a review.
Flowers were left on the front step, even though recipient was at home. No notification was placed in the letter box. The box was crushed and opened. The flowers inside were wilted, and there was even slugs crawling inside. This is the second time I have used EFlorist and been disappointed. I will not be using them again. A complete waste of money.
Really quick and easy to complete online. I like that Paypal is a payment option as I ordered from outside the UK. I received emails updating me on the status of delivery. And it arrived as promised the next day. Thank you!
Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day. They looked lovely so upgraded to Deluxe.
However when they arrived they were nothing like what I ordered, extremely disappointed and embarrassed. I have emailed the company 5 times and have not received a response. I would NEVER order again from here or even recommend them.

I paid for a 30 stem bouquet to be delivered to my partner, but was shocked when I got home to find a tiny 10 stem bouquet was received. The minimum you could select was 15 so I really don't know how this was messed up. I could have got better from a supermarket so I will not use eflorist ever again.
The flowers are gorgeous and arrived same day not long after I ordered them. Absolutely fantastic service and would highly recommend, especially for the odd occasion where you've left something to the last minute! Ordered at 11:04 and delivered at 15:29 same day!
Booked for a birthday delivery, but day after delivery date, still not arrived. Very embarrassing trying to explain to my elderly mother that I had not forgotten her birthday! Will not be using again.
This company is definitely not one to use if you want to make a surprise. I get an email from them to review them and hoping the recipient love the flowers. It turns out the flowers were NOT delovered.
There is no number to call and when you write to their instant message service you an email saying I shall have a response in 48 hours.
Utter rubbish. Sincere advice not to use them because they will ruin the moment for you!
I ordered some flowers for my friends Mam. The process is simple and easy enough but I think it would be nice if once the flowers are prepared the person whom raised the order was emailed a photograph. I have no idea how nice the flowers are and it seems impolite to ask, especially in the case of a bereavement. I would to be able to see what I had ordered so I could praise the quality of the produce as the method of ordering is very easy.
Beautiful flowers but INCREDIBLY small, nothing like the description/picture advertised. Incredibly upset by this. Dead flowers with mould also put in the bouquet! £40 bouquet looks more like £3 from a garage. Very disappointed!
After reading the reviews I was a bit dubious as they were a surprise for my daughter and she has now received them and they are beautiful, she also said she could smell them from inside the box, really fresh and bright just like the description thank you, you have helped brighten her day
Because I was ordering from Canada, I was very apprehensive about which florist to choose to send flowers to my sister in England. But it all went very smoothly. My sister loved the flowers and chocolates. And I loved and appreciated that you kept me informed every step of the way. Based on this experience, my other sister (who also lives in Canada) will be using your services in the future, as will I. We have friends and family in England. So it's great to have a good flower service there we can rely on. Thank you!
Attempted to make an alteration to my order minutes after it was placed and I was informed this was not possible. Would suggest using another service as I have never had this problem when using anyone else.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
