Really easy to use website, flowers and little extras look great and not overpriced. Couldn't use my 10% discount on first order for some reason so waiting on Admin to see if they refund that? Otherwise happy so far.
I ordered a large 'birthday bouquet' of flowers, although it did not state specific flower types, I'd have expected the image and what was sent to correlate, however, his was not the case, nor did the size of the bouquet. At £45 for a 'large' and £7.99 same day delivery, I was quite disappointed at the size.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the flowers I ordered. They were really droopy and some even looked dead. Considering I paid extra for a large bunch I would have assumed they would be in better condition (see photo)
Although your website is easy to navigate and place an order and the flowers were fairly priced, I am yet to receive my order when the delivery date was 13/10 and I have received no further communication to explain a delay.

Great site to order flowers for next day delivery. Unfortunately I didn't receive the promised 10% off first order as the code arrived on my computer after I had ordered and paid. I had hoped it would be automatic.
I ordered flowers as a thank you to my grandson. Very competitive prices and a great variety to choose from. They were delivered quickly. Would not bother looking at any other site and would go to Eflowers every time.
My husband and i picked the most gorgeous coloured flowers we could find to send to our youngest daughter, she is feeling low at the moment and we wanted something to put a smile on her face, your service is so easy to follow all the flowers are lovely the ones we chose were just the job, they arrived in two days and our daughter was very pleased with them and they made her smile. Don't waste your money. Very simple bouquet with roses that were not fresh. After 2 days most roses started wilting - the bouquet looked like my other bouquets look after 5-6 days. I applied to their customer service and sent pictures. Their answer was generic ( I got it twice!) that roses know their way to protect their petals and I don't know how to treat them. I manage to keep flowers from other companies, even from a supermarket, for 2 weeks and they look better!
I am really disappointed as what I bought was no where near the actual size of what's listed on the website, I only probably received 30% of the flowers shown in the picture. I feel scammed! I could buy these in Tesco for a much cheaper price £7 and these were £35! Never buying again.
The bunch my friend received (bold blooms) was not quite as big as they appeared in the image online and many of the flowers were in full bloom on arrival. She also didn't mention receipt of any chocolates which were supposed to come with the order.
Surprised my mum with flowers for her birthday she was thrilled to bits with quality and also chocolates that came with it ( she didn't know they were a freebie) have ordered before and will defiantly order again from you will recommend to every one I know
Ordered flowers for my mums birthday, says they can deliver same day, later that afternoon I got an email saying they could not deliver. Y the time I got the email it was to late to order anymore from a different company
Advertise what you can do don't hope people are happy for next day
I sent the flowers & chocolates to my cousin in the UK for her birthday. She was so happy. As she has hardly been out for 2 years. They put a smile on her face and tears in her eyes. Exactly as ordered, prompt and easy to order thank you

So my cousin has been poorly with COVID so I decided to send her some flowers so she knew someone was thinking of her. She cried tears of joy and loved them so much and such good value. Being able to track the delivery was amazing knowing when they would arrive. Have already recommended this company to all my work mates in the NHS.
Booked delivery of flowers for birthday with 2 days notice. Found out on ACTUAL day that flowers are arriving in late evening. What a waste of money - flowers should have been there for the morning or earlier in the day so they can be enjoyed on birthday. Will never use them again.
I have been using eflorist for several years now.
I sent a large bunch of flowers to my sister for her birthday, and when I went to visit I was hugely dissapointed by the small bouquet of wilting flowers that had been sent.
I have used eflorist repeatedly for occasions and special days and it has led me to wonder how many other deliveries were poor quality, with friends and family being too polite to say anything?
I contacted eflorist and they offered to either refund me or send a new bunch out. I enquired if they could do both as a show of goodwill to a regular customer. They said they could not.
They have certainly lost my custom.
So quick and easy to navigate the website, to placing the order. I ordered for friends as they had just had a new baby. They said they were stunning and it was really quick delivery. Great quality and price, compared to others on the market. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Wish I'd read the reviews! For the money you spend on a large bouquet you'd expect a lot of flowers. What I received seemed standard and something you could pick up from the supermarket and a quarter of the price, very disappointed! Can't say I'll use this company again.
I have not managed to see my sister in over two years but i am sure this superb gift and a quick delivery will remind her of me and my family, this means I can send her a fresh gift as if i delivered it myself.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
