Wow I can't even begin to explain how wonderful these flowers are. They are the most beautiful, heartfelt flowers I could've asked to be delivered. I ordered these for a loved one who has just lost a family member. Considering I ordered these 3 days before Christmas they arrived the next day with absolutely no fuss. I will be using this site for every occasion from now on.

I'll be honest ordering a bunch of 50 red roses I did expect it to be slightly different to the photo advertised but they we're completely different than what I was expecting. Yes the delivery is good alongside the website and collection of flowers but for the price you'd expect to receive flowers that match your expectations of how they're advertised so I'm quite disappointed with the quality.
This is my first time ordering as I am based in UAE and sending the flowers in UK. The service was great! They have a good system and you can easily be updated even if you are miles away. Fast service as well
Received bouquet today the quality of the flowers were good but the quantity was very disappointing. Only 15 stems the same number of flowers similar selection would have only cost me 10 pounds at a supermarket. Will certainly not be using eflorist again.
I wanted to give my good friend a little present to show I care. She is going through a very sad time. So I used your company and my gift card should have said get well soon with hugs and love instead it was something about a dog. I have attached the gift card that came with the parcel. So until I rang to say did you get my gift my friend was non the wiser who it was from. So thank you for spoiling the occasion. I can understand why your review score is so low. I just wished I had read them before I used you.
The flowers turned up quickly by a very friendly lady who gave me (the sender) a lovely compliment for being a gentleman and surprising my loved one:-) How can you not leave positive feedback for that!

Flowers look nothing like the pictures, could get bigger ones from tesco for £5, box came battered and wet. Roses came dying and other flowers came not even bloomed, shocking that they say large when there more like a xs. Would not recommend.
Found on a Google search and delighted with how easy it was to navigate site. Ordered well in advance of date needed but got great communication updates telling me how delivery would be done and info would be sent updating status. Great site.
Despite indications on the box the flowers were delivered upside down, inside the box the card was creased and a few of the flowers were crushed suggesting that they had not been stored correctly in transit. The flowers themselves were no more than you could find at a supermarket. The only worthwhile part of this service was the expression of surprise on my wife's face when they were delivered.
I always order flowers from e-Florist as I find the website easy to navigate, the offers and options with suggestions very helpful and the prices very competitive. It is simple to order and pay and then the communication afterwards is great with tracking of the delivery and nice final touch so you can see when your flowers will be delivered.

Great delivery especially as it was a last minute idea. Arrived when they said and considering they use Yodel very good. However with regarding to the actual order was disappointed with the actual bouquet received as did not feel it was value for money 6 roses for £26. I was glad I went for the higher priced one as the lower one I think would of only got 1. Obviously the wife was pleased so happy with that. Overall service very good disappointed with the actual order which was a shame.
I've sent these flowers to my daughter and several friends who have always been absolutely delighted. Not only are they beautiful on arrival, they stay beautiful up to 3 weeks, much longer than supermarket flowers.
This is the 3rd time of using eflorist and I'll be using them again for sure.

I picked a beautiful bouquet called serenity for a friend. She sent me a picture to say thank you. I could have picked a much nicer bunch up from aldi for about £4. Absolutely disgusted. See photos below.
I'm responsible for HR and I've used eFlorist for years and years - mainly for employee occasions (births, deaths, congrats etc.) and I have 200 employees so there's always something happening that getting a beautiful bouquet or vase of flowers makes a little difference to the person. I have never been let down or disappointed with the flowers. It's so easy to use the site and excellent value for money. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
I ordered a medium sized bouquet /chocs/bear for my friend who is undergoing chemotherapy and I wanted to cheer her up. However the package was dropped over a 6ft side gate damaging the box and flowers. My friend was happy but being polite, I was shocked when I saw the flowers, not what I expected at all. Very unhappy customer. Not worth £32, could have found better flowers at a petrol station!
Sent flowers to my friend for her birthday as we dont live close-by. They arrived very quickly and looked beautiful (just like the image) she was pleased with them and it gave her a nice treat for her birthday.
Whilst the actual flowers delivered are lovely considering I was purchasing a large bouquet I was glad I did not purchase a standard one! There are hardly any flowers: nothing like the image online. Flowers were for my wife's birthday hence my disappointment Will not use this supplier again
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
