Thank you very much for delivery in time.
The package was a bit weary, the vase was plastic (I did not look, just added it up assuming that it was glass) and cracked.
The roses are ok but not like they look on the picture. Next time I'd rather by in Sainsbury's- same amount, even better look and twice cheeper. I do not want to upset anyone and I am grateful for what I have got. However this is my genuine thoughts about this purchase.
The only advantage here is that I am not guaranteed that Sainsbury's will have same ones when I need them unless I order them. These roses were delivered to my door which is also convenient.

Omg how disappointing. What a rip off, hardly any flowers for the money. I order flowers on line a lot and thought I would give these a try - never again! Other flower delivery company give you so much more for your money.

Ordered a "large bouquet" for my wife and I's wedding anniversary with flowers that matched the flowers we had on our wedding. Honestly, I could've picked better flowers with my eyes closed 2 weeks ago when the flowers were still alive! I could've also picked more and arranged them better! The look absolutely nothing like the pictures, just less of everything!

I live abroad and used eflorist to send flowers to loved ones for special occasions. Sometimes they are nice but other times the bouquet is small and unimpressive. On a few occasions, the flowers have died within just a couple of days and any attempts for a refund or to send new flowers have been met with very unhelpful and dismissive comments from their customer services. It's a shame because in the past, eflorist have been good but I won't be using them in the future.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet yesterday 20th online, to be delivered to a friend recovering from a serious operation. I admit to being somewhat nervous, not having seen their range in person, only online. Well, they were delivered promptly this morning, and I received a photo via messenger from a member of the household, and they were beautiful beyond expectations. Thank you so much eflorist, for such a wonderful service, delivering happiness to a special lady.

Really like how simple your online service is, I dont actually get to see the finished product when delivered but your sight is so easy to use, all just a few clicks away.

The flowers were ordered online as a way to cheer up my girlfriend who has been unwell.
The process was quick and easy and the bouquet was great value too.
The flowers arrived and they were beautiful, a stunning collection of Roses and Lily's which bought a massive smile to my girlfriend as an unexpected surprise.

Ordered large bouquet... glad I didn't order small... awful... the 'large' bouquet was just a bit bigger than my hand. Flowers were wilted and the price of flowers didn't reflect what was shown in the picture.
It was for my daughter who had been ill to cheer her up... I'm surprised she didn't have a relapse. I could have got a better/ bigger bunch from the local garage at less than half the price.
Extremely disappointed please avoid.

Ordered for my wife Birthday gave date order owed by them. Find date had been changed for following day. Flowers delivered left sitting in hot sun for 8hrs. Amazon delivery. Wife opened box found ants and flowers in a bad state.
If delivered on the date given would have been in and al ok. But disaster. Would not use their services again.

Despite being out of country, I was able to track & ensure the flowers were received well & within good time as a suprise for my friend's birthday. Staff were very supportive and quick when I requested ammendments as well. Very easy, reliable and fuss-free. Will recommend!

I ordered a £40 bunch fit for royalty for a delivery to a special person. What arrived was rotten, mis-sold and representative of much cheaper bunches on the same site. A request for a refund was flatly refused. This company embarrassed me and quite frankly I cried on what was supposed to be a special occasion. Please don't make the same mistake as the £15 bunch from Morrison actually made the bunch from eFlorist look cheap and tired with wilting petals and the minimum of flowers...

The wrapper looks like it was not even thought about, nothing special about it. Also, the bouquet I ordered was large, but what was delivered is only just the standard size. I regret not ordering flowers from the grocery stores instead.

I ordered some flowers for my sister's birthday from her children. The selection I chose were beautiful and on offer plus included some free chocolates too. I had emails/texts about the delivery date and time and when the flowers were delivered which was very helpful. I would definitely order from here again.

I always buy my flowers from eflorist UK. The site is easy to use and has a lot of choice. Fair pricing and the flowers always last! This last purchase was for a thank you and the recipient was absolutely made up with how beautiful they are.

I ordered flowers for my aunt via the service. I got the impression that they were delivered by local florists like interflora which is what I wanted. The pictures on screen showed them nicely arranged in a vase. It was only after I placed the order and paid that I found that they were to be delivered flat packed in a box by a courier. Very disappointing and feel let down. Will revert to Interflora next time

Quite easy website to use. Costs and delivery method very clear. Was also impressed with the variety of gifts which could be added, surprised that some were also free, which made a pleasant change from some other sites. Have previously ordered from the site and found the quality of the product very good and long lasting decided to place another order. Would thought recommend the site.
