Beautiful display

Ordered the flowers for my parents 50th wedding anniversary, they arrived the next day with a box of chocolates. My mum says they are absolutely beautiful.
I have to be happy as the buyer but more important to me is that my parents love them, which they do.
Great display at a great price and my mother has hidden the chocolates from dad. Lol.
Thank you for making their special day. X

Ordered a basket of flowers for a 50th birthday delivery late December, paid £35 plus delivery charge.
Flowers arrived in a box and were dishevelled and the arrangement was not the same as the picture advertised on the website. I contacted E- florist who said, flowers are as purchased, and did nothing regarding compensation. This was upsetting and disappointing, I have previously used E-florist several times without disappointment so this was a first, but as a result of poor customer experience I will not use them again.

Birthday Girl

I wanted to surprise my daughter for her birthday, the flowers turned up, at 2 mins pass 6pm, the operator for talking through what had happened and said they had a lot of delivery to do... The flowers came and were beautiful, I could not fault the flowers, they were amazing... my daughter loves her flowers, as she works in NHS department, so receiving is a wonderful thing I do for my daughters birthday... for giving time in her work... Thank you for the Bouquet

Dissatisfied

Very disappointed with the quality and size of bouquet. For the money paid I would expect this to be larger. Also free box of chocolates worth £9.99 is a box of four chocolates. Over all very disappointed.

Disappointing

Box was crushed, so were flowers- courier to blame!
Vase was plastic so v overpriced!
First time buyer, never again! Used due to isolating and sick with covid. Very unhappy as was my fiancé on her birthday!

We ordered flowers day before the delivery. It was our daughter birthday. Nothing arrived. No contact number to call. Robot responded that order was picked up by a local florist, whatever this means, and they can not provide contact details of the florist and that order shall be delivered by 6 pm. Same response we got from email. Appalling.

Nothing arrived by 6:45 pm and still no responce to our emails or any apologies nor clarification.

Wonderful choices
December 7, 2021

Due to the ongoing pandemic and shear distance, one of my vulnerable clients will not be able to see his mother at Christmas. To be able to send such a beautiful flower arrangement to her, and for him to have so many choices to choose from, and the free chocolates as a bonus, was peace of mind for him to know that his mother knows how much she is loved.

Very Disappointed

I ordered Moonlight for a friend knowing she would enjoy the white roses and delicate pastel freesia. However when my friend phoned to thank me she told me she'd received red roses and lillies. I don't understand how you can do this it's extremely misleading.

Disappointed to say the least! I ordered English Hedgerow bouquet for a reason. The bouquet received did not have the same flowers as shown on the website, nor have the purple theme colour as shown! The recipient received yellow white and blue flowers. The only correct flower received was the thistle. Oh, and a PURPLE envelope, if that counts! Also, I received an email to ask for an updated phone number to call and check with the recipient the correct date for delivery! Seriously, are you going to call the recipient and spoil the surprise. My order tells you exactly the date to deliver!

I ordered a potted rose plant for my sisters birthday but unfortunately she received a bouquet of flowers
Instead which were lovely but not what I ordered.
I emailed eflorist to explain about the mistake and I received a very prompt reply and apology.
A replacement plant was delivered within a few days with no extra cost.
Very pleased with the service.

Beauty and ellegance

The tulips I ordered is exquisitely beautiful. They are still delivered in bud form so that the receiver will aesthetically enjoy the flowers for a long time. It was a birthday surprise for my friend on her 50th birthday and she was so thrilled when she got it. I highly recommend the shop for a prompt delivery. I will definitely order again.
