Absolutely fuming. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, not only did they arrive a day early, but they also got my wife's age wrong! When I got in contact I received an email sorry for any inconvenience but our florist was contacted to deliver them the day before! Absolute rubbish. Oh and to top it off the flowers were nothing fancier than a £10 bunch from tesco. Thank you for spoiling the surprise I had in store for my wife!
We ordered these flowers for our Manager as she hasn't been well lately, I have received a positive feedback from my manager, she was so made up with the flowers, they arrived in bud 3 days ago and she has informed me, they look more beautiful with each day and asked for your details as she will like to use you in future, so all happy. Wasn't sure about ordering from a new florist at first because I always used interflora but so happy I will no longer be using them and eflorist are now my go to florists. Flowers arrived on time and were beautifully displayed, person I bought them for said the lasted for ages as well so overall very pleased and it's better value for money than it's rivals. To date I have used Eflorist at least ten times (might be more) and have had nothing but good comments from the recipients. The site is easy to use and flowers always arrive on time. I have read some awful reviews just lately and cannot understand how they can be talking about the same service as I have received. Flowers always arrive in bud and nicely arranged and I have recently ordered two letterbox deliveries as thank yous due to be delivered this coming weekend. I have every confidence that they will be just as perfect as the bouquets have always been. I do not often give ***** ratings but from my own experience that is what is deserved.
I ordered some flowers to be sent to a friend. They arrived the next day and EFlorist kept me up to date of the delivery by sending me text messages. The bouquet looked like it did on the website and my friend said they were beautiful. Very happy customer!

Flowers arrived and they look gorgeous however I paid around £5 more to have a "medium" size bouquet and it's tiny! Bit disappointed in the size when it cost me £25 plus delivery…however they were delivered on the correct day which I am pleased with
Very disappointed could have got better flowers from local shop flower not arriving until 6 o'clock at night but ordered 2 days before birthday more or less over and still no flowers wish I'd have just gone local and had them delivered on time so my wife could have enjoyed them very poor

Very bad experience. Took my order and emailed back in a few hours ( when I'd missed other same day options) to say they couldn't find a florist to fulfil my order. No offer of alternatives and then to run salt in it. It takes 3-4 days to refund me. My wife passed her driving test and I'm working away! Terribly let down.

Beautiful flowers and quick delivery, however this good was outweighed by the bad- the flowers were delivered without a note. Therefore, caused some hassle as the person to whom the flowers were sent didn't know from where they came from. It was intended as a birthday present and so it was quite anti-climatic, the reason why I had to take off two stars.
Sent texts confirming that they had delivered flowers. 3 days later I contacted the recipient to be told that nothing had been delivered. The company couldn't care less. They replied to my email "our system shows the flowers were delivered" no telephone number and live chat is never available. Please just use a more reputable company

I am utterly disgusted with the flowers that were sent. I ordered a medium bouquet and a tiny posy was delivered nothing like what I ordered + no chocolates with the order. Plus my message was not included so the recipient had no idea who sent them. I shan't be using this service again.

Weve ordered a festive Christmas basket for 70 quid but instead were delivered a completely different flower arrangement that looked more suitable for a funeral than Christmas table. When complained, they told us they run out of red flowers and instead made up an arrangement from the flowers they had, which in their words closely resembles the ordered bouquet. Well, it's nowhere near what we ordered. Instead of either cancelling order or asking us whatever it's ok to prep a completely different arrangement, they just took the liberty to deliver whatever they want.

Used this company to send birthday flowers (with free chocolates and a personalised message!) to my grandma, the delivery was super speedy considering that I ordered very last minute and the price was extremely fair!

I live in St. Louis. USA. I ordered from a picture on line. Because of the exchange rate, I had to go with a lower price. The free chocolates were a wonderful addition. The site was fairly easy to use, even for someone with limited computer skills. My friend in Newton Abbot loved the arrangement. She sent me a photo. I was chuffed. Stunning. Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
