"Get what you pay for"

By the time you add the delivery these flowers are not cheap. I ordered a mid-sized bouquet. They were delivered on the day expected, by a friendly driver and wow, what a mix. Really, really pleased with the bouquet size and variety of flower. Super fresh too. Would I recommend? Definitely! In comparison to other sites the price is good, and as the adage says, "you always get what you pay for"

Superb Service

In all my dealings with eFlorist they have been ultra efficient and dealt with my requests for floral and hamper orders with no fuss as the procedure is just like clockwork--very very smooth. Most websites are so difficult to manoeuvre that you give up and try elsewhere-not with yours --it works very well. I am so pleased that you do hampers as well as I have experienced difficulties in this area but no problem with your site. Many thanks for your superb service.

Excellent Service

I ordered the flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends workplace, unfortunately when they arrived my friend had finished work. I thought that was it but the driver offered to deliver them to my girlfriends home address which was 10 Miles away, at no extra charge too! Excellent service and refreshing to see there are still businesses out there willing to go the extra mile for the customer! Well done E florist, and a big thank you to the driver, Nicky loved the flowers, great quality too.

You would have thought the company would try to make the flowers they send look like what they advertise however another disappointment. Won't be using them again will go to the local garage and just buy 2 bunches at a third of the price with twice as many flowers.

Quite poor quality

Very disappointed in the quality and size of bouquet of flowers that I ordered for a friend.
I paid £34.99 for what looked like a lovely mix of flowers, but the bouquet that my friend received was nothing like what is on the Website. Not all the flowers were included, the roses were not fresh (slightly brown around the edges) and just a sad looking bouquet to be honest.
I could have got nicer in tesco for half the price.
Don't think I will be using this service again

Absolutely Brilliant

I used eFlorist for last minute business gifts for Christmas and they were delivered the very next day. My customers were thrilled. Very competitive prices, as some other sites hike up the costs because of Christmas, but eFlorist are brilliant. Will definitely use again. Thank you so much eFlorist.

I ordered flowers from EFlorist on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery. On Saturday, I received an email stating they were unable to deliver my order (no explanation why) but that they'd offer a free upgrade when they do decide to deliver. I don't want an upgrade! I want my sister to know that I was thinking of her on her actual birthday, not 2+ days late. What a joke! I should've just called an actual florist. I would never use EFlorist again. I only wish I'd thought to look at reviews prior to ordering. It seems there are many others in the same boat as me.

The bin loved them!

I order two bunches at two separate points. Having just received both parcels and opening them, I've binned them and am now rushing around like a fool to purchase flowers that don't look like garage flowers. The bunch of 50 roses was stuffed into the bottom end of the box in one corner (no it wasn't a big box) not at any point did the picture or any words suggest that it would be miniature roses that had been kicked around the delivery depot. The pictures I've attached 1• a picture you kindly sent in the box of what I was expecting and 2• what I actually got. Most of the flowers went in the bin as they were battered. No points for guessing which is which. I put my hand in the picture for size reference. I can assure you that neither me nor my wife is as impressed as the women in your picture. The other bunch was slightly less beaten up but still disappointing. I'll stick to going local in future.

Very dissatisfied

The flowers that was delivered were withered, it's says flowers would be in bud they were not and I was upset and very disappointed when the photo of them was sent to me more leaves than flowers
They were for my daughter in law to cheer her up I was absolutely dissatisfied with them.
I would not recommend eflorist uk, for the money I paid was disgraceful, I might as well paid half and got a lot better from a supermarket.
£26 pound for these is rubbish.

I had a large bouquet delivered for my wife for our anniversary. They arrived promptly on the day arranged but unfortunately a couple of stems had broken in transit and the bouquet was smaller than expected. I emailed to express concern and received a response back within an hour on a Saturday apologising and arranging to send another bunch with an apology card the following day, on a Sunday. Very good customer service, would use again.

E-florist literally rescued me from missing an important family members birthday. I had been planning to drop off a birthday present but a last minute change to plans meant I needed a same day flower delivery to save me from looking like I had forgotten! Exceptional value for a delivered bouquet with appreciated addition of free chocs! Niece was delighted with her flowers delivered promptly and safely. I was impressed with thorough tracking information and that the flowers were delivered next day despite the late order! Would definitely use again and have shared introductory offer with friends to enjoy the same service! Well do be eflorist!

Satisfaction Guaranteed

This is the second time I have used eflorist. I have found it a good and reliable service to use. I will always use them in future. On both the above occasions my sister was well satisfied with her flowers. The service is certainly a leg saver as I am not getting any younger nor the weather any warmer. Sorry but I don't have any photos as my sister lives too far away. Betty Bray

Delivered late in the evening with several broken and crushed flowers a pitifully small bunch of flowers for £26 even though I selected a medium sized bouquet. Some of the flowers were already wilting. Utterly dismal.

Sunlight

Ordered 2 bouquet of sunlight flowers for the wife on our wedding anniversary. The website was easy to use and you can have a delivery slot when it suits that's brilliant.
The flowers came but I thought it could do with a few more considering how much they cost.
But the disappointment is that even tho I ordered 2 bunches to go to the same place I paid twice for the delivery even though it's being delivered by the same driver in the same van yodel.
