Karen says thanks for the flowers but I think you have cause for complaint and need to get a refund. By the way she doesn't know I am sending this. I have had a look on their website and what they have sent doesn't resemble what is advertised. The greenery has dead leaves

Great website with a plentiful choice of flowers. The Christmas flowers especially are beautiful. I sent some to a friend who is undergoing treatment for cancer and they were well received, said they cheered them up at a difficult time. I tracked the delivery and they were received on time. Excellent products at competitive prices, I will keep using eflorist and would recommend them to anyone.
Awful service. Paid for next day delivery. Don't bother. After 48 hours When They finally got round to deliver them plastic vase. Smallest box of Chocolates ever. Complaint made however despite saying Next Day delivery. Its not next day. The disclaimer doesn't guarantee it. Crap customer service
Having ordered a couple of times in the past from this company, I thought that I would order some flowers for my friends 60th birthday. I ordered Winter Daze in large at £26-99 plus delivery charge of £5-99 what arrived bear no resemblance to the ones I saw online. They looked like a small bunch and not a large bunch as ordered. I'm very disappointed as it was a special birthday. I won't be placing any more orders with this company in the future. The only place I will be going to is a local florist
Arrived a day earlier than should which on any other delivery would be great but it meant my wife was out, luckily the neighbour took them in. Also the arrangement of flowers were a LOT smaller than the picture and price makes out! Won't be using again.
Double booked me so my dad is going to get same order twice with same message. They refuse to fix my billing. They had 4 days notice to change but refuse. Said it's already made when I notified them right away. Will never use again unless fixed.
My daughter sent (what she thought) a lovely bouquet for Mother's Day the flowers were a bunch of yellow chrysanthemums! Compare that to photos can anyone see a bunch of yellow chrysanthemums! And they forgot card so didn't know if it was my son or one of my daughters who had arranged for them to be sent!
I ordered flowers for my wife who was feeling really down and I appreciate it is the weekend however if I am given the option for delivery on a Sunday (which I found strange) then they should be delivered when agreed. This would have made a huge difference to my wife's day and honestly so to not have had the phone call telling me it brightened up her day I'm not able to give her this surprise. Hopefully they arrive tomorrow?

Easy to order, great flowers, prompt delivery although delivery charges high, downside, i took time to write an important card and nothing was with the flowers. Never mind a small niggling point. David.

Although, my order had not materialised (wholly for my late submission) the customer service of Eflorist was absolutely prompt and excellent... they had handled it very smoothly and I am just waiting for refund now. Ordered flowers on Monday and were successfully delivered to a very happy recipient today. The chocolates were thoroughly appreciated too, overall an excellent service provided, will definitely used again and recommend to others.

I am disgusted with the flowers I received for my mothers birthday, it is complete false advertising and look NOTHING as they do in the photo. Complete waste of money, could of got better quality from the super market! Will never be purchasing again.
Awful experience very disappointed with EFLORIST. Please do not waste your money. Very poor bouquets terrible quality, you would be better going to a local petrol station and buying flowers for £5. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which cost over £40 the delivery was terrible as they were just left on the street and the quality of flowers was very poor, quite embarrassing as this was a gift.
All contact with customer service has been pointless. Even tried to contact the CEO with no response.

Ordered flowers for my wife for delivery on her birthday. Didn't arrive when they said they would. Obviously not going to get delivered on Sunday either... Not very happy. Will not be using e-florist again. Appalling service, avoid at all costs!
I ordered the flowers for my mums birthday, when they arrived the box was in a bad state and open, most of the flowers were ok but a few were broken and had gone black. I was so disappointed that my mum received something so bad. The contact by chat or message wouldn't work so I searched online to find an email address which has turned out to be useless as I've had no response. I've ordered in the past and the flowers have been beautiful, but now judging from my experience I will not be ordering anything again.
Ordered 12 roses got 11, vase is plastic, the teddy I could of brought for £3 saving £2. The card is that basic I could off made one better myself, good job I did make one. Would I never use this site again NO. Next time I will go to my nearest flower shop. I only used this site as recovering from a day operation. Never ever again
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
