Ordered flowers on Wednesday still not delivered by the weekend very disappointed even more disappointed that there has been no contact from the florist or the delivery company to myself 0 stars never again
Thought I'd get my mum some fancy flowers for her birthday. £25 later, flowers arrived. Smallest bouquet ever! Most of the bouquet is leaves, and the roses are wilted. Could've got a bigger one in Tesco for £5. Absolutely ridiculous and not worth it.
Driver was so rude and the flowers should be in a basket. Not impressed at all by the presentation or service. Arrived a day late too and was really rude to my sister as she wasn't I. Looks more like funeral flowers rather than Christmas cheer … no thanks
After seeing the flowers that I sent to my poorly daughter last Thursday (they were delivered at the correct time) I was totally disappointed! I chose the medium size bouquet but if I had chosen the small one it would probably looked like a Button Hole! When one sends flowers to somebody it often means that you do not get to see them! I think that you were taking the mickey with photograph on your web page. I shall look elsewhere in future!
I had a large order of 6 flowers to arrange and send after a recent death. It was really easy selecting the flowers, entering the addresses and placing my orders. All flowers was received with no issue. I keep recommending EFlorist as they never let me down when I need to order flowers last minute.

Ordered a bouquet for a grave, they came, looked nothing like the photo, very small. Bought some other bunches from a supermarket for £3&£4 and they were the same size as the bouquet I paid £25 for, have posted a comparison photo. Will not be ordering again. What a waste of money right before Christmas.
I ordered a birthday hamper to be delivered yesterday on the 17th of December for my wife's birthday. It did not arrive, and I've still been charged £66 for the privilege of receiving absolutely nothing! What's going on? Terrible service and I'd never recommend or use you again.
As ex-pats in NZ we send flowers to our UK Mum's quite a bit. EFlorist is the best option we've found for ordering online with a UK business for UK delivery. The flowers are the freshest and always in bud so they last a long time. And there are some great seasonal offers. Definitely recommended.
I was originally trying to to purchase 200 red roses for a promotion I am running from a wholesaler. Then I came across this site. Not only were they cheaper but also could be delivered to my door on the day I required them. Very impressed with the whole process. I wanted to get some flowers for my wife, because she nursed me after contracted COVID. I had looked at other internet florists, and none seemed to have the display, range and delivery day I was after.
I wanted next day delivery as well, so eflorist seemed to tick all the boxes.
They arrived within the estimated time slot via yodel. When they arrived, they were amazingly presented, within a sturdy box.
It's the first I have used an internet florist, and I am not disappointed on my choice. I would definitely use eflorist again.

Got a beautiful arrangement of flowers that managed to melt the heart of my beloved Emi, the delivery was fast and early in the day. But apparently they didn't try to reach out to the people in the house and since I ordered the flowers overseas I had to leave an email for her. Other than that, great variety beautiful bouquets at affordable prices.
I got these for my sister who lived 60 miles away and has just come out of hospital. She was delighted when they turned up. The website is soo easy to use and I found the perfect flowers and free chocolates to brighten someone's day. The next day delivery is brilliant.

Second time ordered flowers for friends' birthdays, first time needed same day delivery and Eflorist came through. Usually order through another company, no delivery charge but even with Eflorist delivery charge seems better value than usual supplier. Would definitely use again in preference to original supplier, keep up the good work.
This company is not reliable. After ordering flowers for 2 days hence they did not deliver.
Although this was the Christmas period they said the delivery may be a day earlier however it was 6 days late and the recipient had already left the address. On requesting a refund no communication has been received from their customer services.
It is my Mums birthday today and she is in hospital. I ordered her some flowers and the florist made a flower arrangement that was hospital ward friendly. All on the same day I may add. They were also delivered on the same day too. Thanks for your help, you have been great. Mum absolutely love the flowers and has made her day :)
Well we have always sent flowers via another company but we thought that due to the reasonable costs using eFlorist it seemed sensible to give them a try. Fantastic value for money, their delivery provider were second to none and the quality of their arrangements were unbelievable. Our elderly Step mum was absolutely taken with the flowers. We would definitely recommend them to everyone
I bought multiple gifts from this company to deliver to family in UK. I live in New York and have to call the recipient long distance to find out if they received them. It is very difficult to track deliveries - they give you a tracking number through a different company called Yodel, but they still need a post code. Had to look up emails for each confirmation for each delivery to figure out which post code matches which delivery. Shouldn't they know that? Could not find a way to look up all my orders on the eflorist site. Will never use this company again

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
