Bouquet on the website looked lovely - what came weren't enough fliers to fill a pint glass. Complaint dismissed entirely. Spend your money at a real florist / small business. £30 should buy you more than a few stems. Avoid at all costs!
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday, which arrived a day late, this was disappointing and spoilt the surprise. There was no communication from eFlorists letting me know. Trying to contact them proved difficult. No phone number, only email, which they responded to a day later. In their response they said it had been delivered, there was no apology or good will gesture offered. Only after another email spelling this out did they offer a refund of the service charge, which I think is the delivery charge. On this basis and because they are not easy to contact I will NOT use again or recommend.
Excellent service all the way through - ordering was very simple, great choice of flowers, good quality chocolates, brilliant value for money and delivery was at the specified time. First class service, thank you, I would definitely recommend eflorist
Poor Quality - Nothing Like Advertised Images Online!
The flowers were miles away from the representation of a "Large" bouquet that I paid in excess of £50 for. They were quite bare, dull and offered less value than even the advertised standard bouquet! I honestly felt I could have done a better job myself buying a couple of bunches from a budget supermarket at a fraction of the price!
I was charged a service fee of £7.99, whilst on the website it states £5.99. Again misleading. I know the florist may be more at fault for the quality of the flowers delivered; but E-Florist are ultimately responsible for managing the expectations of customers online.
I wont be using nor recommending their service again!
Delivery was a day late unfortunately (there were royal mail strikes perhaps why) but flowers were lovely. Will definitely use again and cute card came with flowers.

I have been using Eflorist for a couple of years now and have always been very happy with the results. Only two of the recipients live locally so theirs are the only ones I have seen myself, but everyone else has been highly delighted. For my last birthday I received several lots of flowers from different people using different suppliers, only one was from Eflorist so I could see for myself how they were delivered, how long they lasted and what they looked like etc. They ones from Eflorist stood out by miles better than any of the others. I shall continue to use Eflorist, and recommend them to anyone considering sending flowers.

I ordered flowers from this company on November 24th for delivery Wednesday 30th. They were for a friends birthday, today is December 1st 6pm and still no flowers. If not received tomorrow, i will be calling my bank to cancel payment. Very very upsetting. Should of read reveiws 1st before i bought

Was emailed to say I will receive tracking information by 11am. Never recevied and I haven't heard from the recipient either after we seperated 4 weeks ago. So don't know if the flowers arrived. Dont know any company in the world who does not provide tracking information for online purchases

I completely missed my nieces 16th birthday! Never send flowers, online or otherwise, but seemed right thing to do. Picked eFlorist because of other reviews. And wow, did they deliver! Lovely flowers, chocolates, good price, great quality, delivered at time promised, by carrier who left them in a sensible place as no-one in ( they weren't expecting delivery). No fuss no hassle, happy purchaser and very happy recipient - whats not to like! I will be using eFlorist again, and have already told 2 friends about them
The second star is solely for the fact that my order did get delivered. It was originally scheduled to be delivered on a Tuesday. Almost immediately I was told it would be late, after *paying* for a Tuesday delivery, mind you. Wednesday I was told it was out for delivery. Then that it was instead being delivered Thursday. Then that it was out for delivery Wednesday, then the delivery time was changed several times. It was finally delivered at 9:30 at night.
I'll be using a different company from now on.

I was extremely disappointed with the service received. The flowers were delivered the wrong postcode and I was unable to arrange redelivery - I ended up having to collect the flowers myself from a DPD pickup point and arrange redelivery with a different courier (so having to pay an additional delivery fee) - whether they will be alive by the time they finally arrive I don't know.
Attitude of customer service was to offer no assistance and just quote t&cs at me. Very unhelpful

Order some flowers for my step daughter as she just had a baby didn't receive them till after 2pm when said would be 11.30am also the flowers where basically a punch of flowers a could of got from Asda for £8! So disappointed a order "motherly love" £35 for flowers Asda have better for £8!
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
