Great

Easy to navigate website and order the flowers, which are also available at short notice. I ordered flowers for a friend but this is not my first time using eflorist, I've used them for mothers day also. Love that it includes chocolates but wish the chocolate box was bigger, there's only 4 in a box, would be good to have more as seems quite small for a gift. Nonetheless, all good!

Flowers from abroad

Late delivery

Loved every step

Fantastic and gorgeous choices of arrangements. There is plenty to suit every occasion and taste. Absolutely loved the fast and super easy ordering system. You just can't go wrong with the handy address auto completion. Nice to be able to enter personalised messages too, and having a good choice of payment methods. And to top all that, FREE chocolates! I will definitely use this service again! Thank you

Let down

Poor Quality - Nothing Like Advertised Images Online!

The flowers were miles away from the representation of a "Large" bouquet that I paid in excess of £50 for. They were quite bare, dull and offered less value than even the advertised standard bouquet! I honestly felt I could have done a better job myself buying a couple of bunches from a budget supermarket at a fraction of the price!

I was charged a service fee of £7.99, whilst on the website it states £5.99. Again misleading. I know the florist may be more at fault for the quality of the flowers delivered; but E-Florist are ultimately responsible for managing the expectations of customers online.

I wont be using nor recommending their service again!

Not as advertised!

Terrible flowers for nearly £30; even at 10% off it is abysmal! The advert showed a lovely bouquet with 7 types of flowers. 5 types of flowers received in a supposedly medium bundle sold at Tesco for less than £5. No contact number so cannot call and the chat service is unresponsive. So much for cheering up my friend on her birthday. Will never use eFlorist again. Extremely disappointing.

Winter flowers work wonders.

Wanted to send a quick bouquet to my goddaughter who recently left hospital 2 days before Xmas. E-florist came to my help with a good choice and delivery over other competitors. As I had successfully used this website previously, I was thrilled when she rang to say how lovely they were and how much better she felt. That's why we send flowers is it not? A delighted customer.

I ordered flowers and chocolate give set today, went for larger size as wanted a big enough bunch to look nice.
What arrived was basically 5 flowers and a small selection of leaves, the box of chocolates is also smaller than the ones you expect to pick up in the supermarket.

I won't be using eflorist again.

Fabulous bouquet

I bought the moonlight bouquet for my friend and she said they were absolutely beautiful flowers and superb roses. She loves freesias so this was the picture choice. Plus free chocolates included in the delivery which is a bonus. I will definitely use eflorist again,

I ordered 3 bouquets on behalf of an Uncle and upgraded to large - if that is large then I hate to see the standard! I was impressed that they arrived well packaged in a sturdy box on the correct day considering the bad weather, but the value for money and quality of some of the flowers was very poor. Several were squashed and have not recovered :( They were a lovely surprise for the recipients, but lacked any WOW factor. Will not use again based on this experience which is a shame. More like garage bought flowers IMO, and the card sent to wish Merry Christmas was of Spring flowers! Delivery instructions not followed in 1/3.No card or note through the door to say flowers left outside and upside down!

Flowers for valentines day!

Having to choose flowers for delivery this year due to self-isolation I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of arrangements for valentines day.
With a discount offer, and a free small box of chocolates to accompany the flowers for delivery, it made total sense. The flowers arrived as planned and I received good communication.
The flowers are still going strong 6 days later, and my wife absolutely loves them. The colours are amazing and match our candles making the dining table look lovely.
I would recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Was good value for money for flowers to be delivered next day when ordering the evening before. Got some chocolates as an additional free of charge extra. Was kept up to date with the progress and successful delivery confirmation, however the recipient didn't receive the card I completed as part of the order and therefore they had to contact eFlorist to find out who sent them, a real shame as everything else was excellent.
