Beautiful flowers and so quick and easy to order on line with prompt delivery too. The free chocolates was an added bonus which made this even more good value for money. Would definitely recommend and use them again!
Great service, my only disappointment was the end result - selected a medium bunch but the flowers that arrived were very minimal (6 flowers in total) - see attached picture - I just hope they bloom nicer
So I'd made two orders for two friends, one of which was average at best i mean i could have got some like that for £5 from asda and £1 crappy chocolates and flowers died 2 days after. The other friend received hers all crushed and wilted, half dead and missing chocolates... after several attempts with " customer service " which were copied and pasted emails They asked for photos and ended up with a refund for £2 out if a £37 order.
Told them to shove it up their **** disgusting vile humans please avoid this " company " I'm just getting started on bringing them down
Ordered the Rainbow Rose Bouquet, for my wife, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Arrived on time, however presentation was very poor and most of the rose petals were wilted... A huge disappointment!
The card and the free chocolates were a nice touch and the delivery fit in really well for the recipient but the flowers did not look anything like what I had chosen. Yes I understand that each one is individual but it was mostly green leaves hardly any colourful flowers and they also looked wilted.
I would think twice about buying stain only because I feel if you are to receive flowers it should be a wow moment.
Followers arrived late the next day so I can't complain at that.
However the size of the bouquet was very disappointing.
I paid for a large but looked small or average sized at best to me and my wide agreed.
Overall very please with quality of flowers - last 2 weeks.
My last order I ordered the large Christmas Cracker, with free box of chocs, but recipient received small and no chocs.
This is only reason giving a 3 - would gave given 5! Have had no issues in the past.
I ordered English Hedgerow to cheer my sister up as a get well. They were delivered on time. It was the Luxury/ deluxe bouquet. She was absolutely delighted, although I never saw them personally due to the 255 miles distance apart she assured me they were beautiful and complimented by her friends and family. I would recommend eflorist.
Flowers dumped at front gate (not left safely in front porch as stated by Yodel), box and most feeble looking bunch of flowers (not like the photos on their website) crushed inside.
No receipt or product reference provided when order placed, so no way of checking whether I've been sent the right thing.
Will never use E-Florist again.
Unable to deliver same day when paying premium for delivery. Alternative offered which could take up to 5 days after the original date... requested refund... response we can try... poor service... would not use again
Thought I'd put a smile on lovely lady's face and brighten up her day. I googled florists in Salisbury and this website stood out as they did same day delivery at a very reasonable price. Placed the order online with an additional gift to be delivered, this task was fulfilled with in a couple of hours. Excellent service, would highly recommend
Site failed on checkout so I was charged twice. Contacted customer services who refused to refund me - said there were two orders placed so tough luck. Terrible customer service. I will never shop with them again. Now I have to work with my credit card company. One simple task of sending Mum flowers turned into a pain in my $#*!.
Fantastic service within two hours of placing order my daughter had received the flowers. What's more flowers looked beautiful and fresh

We've sent flowers to our daughter in Scotland 5 times over the past 2 years. Each time we've chosen a different bouquet and they never disappoint! Flowers are fresh, colourful and beautifully presented and delivery is so fast. The website is easy to navigate. I've ordered from eFlorist a few times now and they flowers are always beautiful. Delivery was for when i asked them to be delivered too. Their offers and extras for free are what put it above it's competition.
Flowers arrived in bud as specified by the seller. Recipient highly delighted as they were not expected and a lovely surprise. Have used e florist many times and always received very good reports from the recipients. Having read bad reviews from some disgruntled customers, It would appear to be mistakes that the courier is creating. E.g. One reviewer stated that there was no knock at the door and the flowers were found the next day.
The flowers received are pretty much dead. I wrote a review on trust pilot and see I am not the only person having this issue. I'm so disappointed, I'll be off writing reviews wherever I can to hopefully help someone else avoid the mistake of ordering from the company.
I ordered from Australia and had a few questions about availability of what I saw on the website and used the messaging platform and got friendly and prompt replies which answered my questions. Unlike other sites, what was shown was available. Ordering was quick and easy, with instant follow up confirmation and details of the delivery process. The prices are half that (or less) of other online offers that I checked out. So I'm a very happy customer and will definitely recommend and use eFlorist UK again. This beautiful arrangement cost me 24.99 Another florist quoted me GBP 40!

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
