I have used eFlorist on many occasions, the flower arrangements are always first class with beautiful colors and contrasts in flowers. Very reasonable prices, always delivered on the date asked for with a lovely box of chocolates.
I love using E-Florist because it's so quick and easy to use. The delivery charge is very reasonable especially since next day delivery is almost always available. I really enjoy the selection of flowers and I like that there is an option to look at bouquets without lily's because I would hate to send flowers to someone and accidentally harm their cat with a poisonous flower. I also think the mailbox options are super cute and very affordable.
I was given a bouquet of you flowers earlier in the year x they were lovely and lasted a long time x so decided to send some to my sister x we were due to meet up before Christmas, but now not happening, so thought she would get a nice surprise x I'm sure she will love them
I've used eflorist several times and have pre-ordered again flowers for family for Christmas. I have used them more since some of the competitor sites became more expensive in comparison. Eflorist has a range of flowers suitable for all budgets. Never had an issue with delivery. Whilst the free chocolates are not a necessity in my choice for making a purchase, they are an added extra in the gift. If there was free delivery and larger additional items that can be added, then I would give a 5.
I ordered some flowers to cheer my mum up as she had a bad week. I was kept up to date on delivery. When the flowers arrived they were securely packaged. They are stunning and the little box of chocolates went down a treat too. Highly recommended and will be ordering again in the future
Ordered the flowers for delivery today for a birthday which did not show even though the order confirmed delivery would be on Friday.
I expect a refund but I suppose I might as well bash my head against a brick wall for all the hope of getting one. No customer service department open to complain.
Text received to say flowers delivered when in fact they had not. This caused confusion and stress as I didn't know if they had been sent to an incorrect address. Contacting eFlorist was difficult as there doesn't seem to be a direct contact number and when I tried the chat line on the internet it didn't work?
The flowers eventually arrived and no queries regarding the quality but the misleading messages and communication difficulty was not welcome and therefore, I doubt I will be using eFlorist again.
Bought these as a thinking of you gift. The website was very easy to use, loved the extras. Its always a little unpredictable using a flower company for the first time, but as the photograph shows they were like the photographs on the site. The Bombay gin was a nice touch and reasonably priced. I would definitely use this company again, it was a smooth transaction from beginning to end, no hassle.
Living abroad it's sometimes difficult and expensive to send a present. Sending flowers in a beautiful box is just wonderful. My mother just loved her Christmas blooms. And they lasted longer than a week. Thank you.

I am very happy with my first order from eFlorist. The order process was simple and prices were very reasonable. In particular, I made a mistake in my order which meant that I had to contact the customer services team to amend this. I purchased some Beautiful flowers to send to someone going through a hard time and the picture did them no justice, friend who received said they were absolutely gorgeous and looked much better than the picture.
I ordered for my sister and she sent me a photo of the flowers once they arrived. They came in bud form which is great to keep them safe while transporting, but to me the bunch seemed small considering I ordered "large". Also came with free chocolates which is lovely! Super fast delivery too!
I ordered a gorgeous bouquet of flowers but when they arrived they was still in bud and delivered in a box! Not hand delivered as I had thought and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Apparently they take 2-3 days to fully open before they look that nice, I just didn't know before I ordered they would be in a box, it takes away the happiness when you see what is actually sent instead. Good job I ordered gin and chocolates with it as they was well needed!
I wanted to order Christmas flowers for my Gran as a gift until I can get to see her.
Ordering was very easy and good options for Christmas. I had already looked at another companies website and didn't like the look of any of their options so was happy to find something I loved at eflorist.
I have ordered from them for my Gran before, so although she won't receive these until closer to Christmas, I am confident they will look as lovely as they did for my last order.
I ordered flowers for my mum but when they came they didn't look anything like the picture. They were also not in bud it was more like that they were almost past their best. I went on the website on the chat and they offered to send a replacement so I agreed. They were slightly better but not great and the delivery man just left them on the front doorstep in view of anybody walking past when there are plenty of other places to leave them out of sight at my mums house. I will not be ordering again!
I brought my sister a bouquet of Lilly's, chocolates, small bottle of gin & a vase.
They were delivered on the date requested.
The Lilly's were not open on the delivery day but after a few day they opened up beautifully.
My sister was/is very happy with her gift.
I will definitely use Eflorist again, great price, fantastic service and more importantly beautiful flowers.
In these difficult times and being so close to Christmas, thank you eFlorist for delivering next day (23/12/21) the flowers and chocolates which we ordered. They are absolutely beautiful.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
