So I ordered the spring pop flowers as a gift, even for the sale price it was not worth it. Especially because the yellow flowers were missing, and it did not come with the free box of chocolates it was promoting. What did come looked like a child had gone flower picking in the park, my local supermarket flowers would have been better put together and more worth while. Heck I could have made a better bunch buying two bunches of flowers from supermarket for that price.
In my opinion, two things need to be improved:
1. Delivery must be much more precise in time.
2.At the time of arrival you should inform the recipient by sms or phone that the parcel has arrived and where you have left it.
I ordered these flowers whilst at work in Abu Dhabi feeling a little unsure they would be delivered to my partner in UK.
I should not have worried because they arrived on point, even though she wasnt home they placed them in a very safe location so they did not get damaged.

I left it a bit late to get my mum some flowers for the anniversary of her mums passing but you got it delivered on the exact day which was perfect as my mum is currently isolating so I can't go over and see her. She loves the flowers and said they are beautiful. Thank you so much for the easy ordering process!
I have been using Eflorist for a few years now. I have never had a problem. The flowers have always arrived on time and look beautiful. I think it's great that I can track the flowers also. I placed 3 orders just yesterday and it was easy and my friends even had the free chocolates as an added bonus. You can't go wrong

I ordered a letterbox delivery yesterday which has arrived today and is absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Please see pics attached. It's extremely poor & I'm not happy, it's actually embarrassing to have sent this to a friend!
My first time sending e flowers! The process was easy and delivery was on time. My friend was happy but I thought the medium size would have been a bit bigger. Also some slight damage as shown in picture.
Ordered flowers for my sister's special birthday as a little surprise. The flowers arrived late in the day yesterday, the box was torn apart, 50% of the flowers were broken and despite being put immediately in water, the rest of the flowers are virtually dead today. Shambles. Will never use this company again. VERY disappointed.
This is the first time I've used eflorist- they are easy to use and have lovely products. I usually buy flowers in person, however due to going away on holiday I will be missing my mums birthday. She loves flowers and she has never had flowers delivered to her. Will definitely use this service again
Went online at 07.45 and was done 10 minutes later. Flowers and vase and card were very nice.
I was advised that the delivery had been made at 19.20, when in fact they were delivered at 16.00.
If possible a despatched or in transit email/text would have been helpful or tracking?
Otherwise very happy overall.

I am absolutely disgusted. Paid for a large bunch of flowers and I could've got a much better bunch for a fifth of the price from Sainsbury's. Do not be fooled by pictures. The card was ripped and the box was battered. Was meant to be a special gift to my mum on her engagement and they are cheap and nasty - god knows what she must think. Was also meant to come with chocolates but did not turn up with any. Cheap and nasty
Ordered some flowers to surprise a friend. Great selection at a price to suit most budgets. I liked having the ability to choose the flowers and then choose the size of bouquet to order which were then delivered on the date advised.
My only minor criticism would be with the delivery company as the first I knew the flowers were out for delivery was when I had confirmation they had been left in the recipient's safe place.
A friend sent me some flowers to say thank you, it was a lovely surprise till I opened the box. The roses which according to their website are delivered in bud, arrived completely open, limp with brown edge petals and 1 was broken and brown, there was no water on the stems, not even a damp paper towel. I have been emailing with them for 4 days to get a refund for my friend or a new bouquet sent to me and all they keep telling me is the flowers are fresh and as expected and to remove the outer leaves and send updated photos, the idea was for me to relax and enjoy them, not keep emailing and taking photos to prove my unhappiness! So if you want to send a loved on a special treat, eflorist will leave them and you feeling anything but cheery!
So it's me and my girlfriend's one year, so I ordered some roses with a nice message. As far as that goes, it was spot on. What my girlfriend didn't expect however, was to receive another message in the box.
This message was clearly for somebody's nan who is ill, and I feel awfully bad she didn't receive the message.
But can't fault the roses intended for my girlfriend so still recommend ordering from here.
Received a bouquet of flowers from this company, paid good money for a display off their website and what we got was nothing like advertised it was shocking, you could get a better bouquet of flowers from supermarkets for a quarter of the price.The rely from this company was leave it for 24 hours as they are in bud, but my partner was so disgusted with them plus what I had paid and threw them in the bin. Then went to a local florist to buy another bouquet for Valentines day. Customer service is a joke.
Quite disappointed in the flowers. I took a size bigger than the regular size to have a decent amount of flowers but it's just not what I had. There was supposed to be a mix between white and purple flowers, there's barely any purple ones.
It's a shame because the service has otherwise been great (delivery the next day and good communication by mail).
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
