I have no idea how you can justify the flowers you show on your website equivalent to what gets delivered. I understand pictures get enhanced. But this got to be some sort of false advertisement.
It doesn't even justify the price as to oppose to what gets delivered
I have paid £25.99 including delivery of £5.33 to receive this? I embarrassed to take them for someone's engagement tomorrow. That's not even a bouquet the flowers are nothing in comparison to what is shown. I will be taking this further
I am confused if I clicked "Small" how small would it been, one rose? This was "LARGE" Surely you can understand my frustration and why I think this is false advertisement.
Please don't justify it that they "bloom"
I will like an email or call to explain this
Nothing like the pictures! Yes they will bloom but flowers should some come bloomed and some come half bloomed.

Using a new company for the first time is daunting. However, eFlorist were an excellent provider. They offered a great choice of bouquets at a very reasonable prices. The flowers arrived in an excellent condition and once in water they regained their vibrancy. All in all the Valentines gift went down a treat especially with the pack of chocolates that came with the bouquet. Highly recommended.

Bought them for my girlfriend and she loves them, so far ive been buying flower from here every 2-3 weeks for the past 3 months and never had a bad experience always delivered on time and flowers have been amazing and well worth the money and lasting more than 2 weeks, eflorist is definitely my goto site for flowers.

Hi I ordered a bunch of roses and they did not look anything like the pictures on the website nor the description they also arrived half dead and wilted, very disappointed in this order to say the least!

I ordered flowers for my brother as boys deserve flowers on their birthdays too!
He thought they were great and a gift that was a little different than usual.

I've used eflorist for years and have ordered many, many bouquets for a variety of occasions: birthdays, Get Well, valentines and general feel-good flowers.
I've always found the quality of the flowers to be excellent and as they arrive in bud - they last far longer than supermarket bouquets.
I'll certainly continue to order my flowers from florist and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

All thought it was expensive they are packaged and delivered with a high standard. Quick delivery makes it perfect for the last minute present. Overall they are a very good easy to use company who delivers high quality with all their products would buy again.

I am in Canada my Mom is on the UK. This website was easy to navigate the prices were really good. Delivery was on time right to my Moms door. And she says they are beautiful. So yes I will be using this company again.

No order acknowledgement given but payment taken immediately. Had to chase eFlorist by email to check order had actually gone through. Flowers delivered on time but MUCH smaller than I anticipated (paid for a large bouquet but received a small-medium bouquet). Would not use again.

Product not as described, breach of contract, ignored all communication including recorded delivery letters, take them to court and make them pay you back. Was so frustrated setup an information website about them called efloristonline.co.uk

Ordered roses and lilies bouquet for my wife, they looked fine when they arrived., although lilies were closed. Instructions saying within 48 hours they will open up! 10 days later the roses are almost finished, one lily head has opened, the rest still tightly closed!
Tried every way possible to contact them but you can't get through on email, phone, or live chat! Terrible customer service! Have awarded one star... that's for the roses, nothing else.

Bouquet on the website looked lovely - what came weren't enough fliers to fill a pint glass. Complaint dismissed entirely. Spend your money at a real florist / small business. £30 should buy you more than a few stems. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered the mixed rose bouquet for mum, they arrived on time and are absolutely beautiful with the added bonus of a free chocolates
I would highly recommend eflorists and will definitely be using them again
