Ordered for my Aunt whose birthday is New Year's day... Site easy to navigate... Messed up the address but customer srrvices sorted within minutes despite it bring within Christmas week... Not arrived yet but always lovely from this florist

Ordered a lovely bouquet which when arrived the flowers were in bud but soon started to open up and look beautiful. Love this arrangement. EFlorist heled me with the choice of flowers for my bouquet as I wanted pet friendly flowers and needed some help. Good service, will use again.

Mostly went well, flowers were delivered on time, all good. But for some reason there was no card to say who they were from, hence I was concerned all day in case something had gon wrong with the delivery.

I cannot believe I received an email to ask for a review in the first place! I have had more emails asking to re use this site than any other! I placed an order which stated delivery on my chosen date ( wedding anniversary) paid and went about my business. On the day ( today) I receive an email at 14.00 to say sorry can't fulfill your order! I mean what can you do it's 2 o'clock on your wedding anniversary your at work til 6 and you are 45 odd quid out of pocket! The best was the response from my email reply, talk about automated or clearly not reading or caring, we will cancel your order payment refunded 3-5 days blah blah blah. Please please use someone else or learn from my very harsh lesson go to your nearest florist

Ordered flowers called snow fall to cheer my friend up who has recently lost her dad. Colours were nice but for the price I paid which was the large bouquet costing £31.99! Then £5.99 for delivery I was gutted! Would have been better off going to the local supermarket and buying a £20 bunch!
They certainly aren't product value for a large bouquet!
Only good thing I did get 10% off on first order but will not be ordering again from eflorist.

Number of flowers received were not as portrayed in the picture. Sent an email straight away to query this & received an automatic reply to say they would answer my query within 48 hours. That was a month ago & I've still heard nothing. Customer service is key. Won't be using this company again.

I always order from eflorist now they always provide quality flowers and the Mrs loved them! Which is the most important thing. Delivery next day was perfect and on time. Really happy will definitely recommend to others.

Michael our choir master, is the kindest patient gifted willing person I know. Turns up leads us through sometimes difficult pieces for not one penny worth of charges all weathers. Not in the peak of health either.

Ah, I thought that is it says it all fresh pretty heart soaring delivered plus free chocolates to the door.

My daughter had just informed me that I was to be a granddad so I looked for same day delivery florists and Florist looked like the right choice/. It was before the cut-off time so I placed my order and paid the premium delivery costs.

About an hour later I received a call from them stating that they were unable to get any f their local suppliers to do a same day delivery. It was too late to find an alternative to I had to accept a next day delivery.

If you offer the same day service, this should be available and confirmed before the order is placed.

I have used Eflorist previously (not for same day delivery though) and they have always been very good.

The whole process is quick and easy - especially if you save your details - it takes just minutes to complete and order. Comms are good throughout and all of those I have sent this year have been really pleased with what they have received.

Anniversary flowers. Beautiful flowers however arrived at 645 at night. 3rd time used eflorist - hit n miss. 1 st time delivered to wrong address. 2 nd ok 3 rd delivered too late in day. Suggest they change their delivery supplier. They seem to be issue. Will use local florist from now on
