And a beautiful bunch of flowers colours were perfectly put together, packed well and delivered on time. I will recommend and use this company again

I purchased some flowers for my wife on our anniversary.
1st time using Eflorist - thought I'd try them as they use local providers.
Delivered some shocking flowers which looked nothing like the picture on the website. Neither in appearance or size of the "bouquet".
Out of the 3 sizes available I purchased the largest which came to around £41.

Contacted customer service and "Abbie" was really bad. Sent multiple pictures. She didn't think there was any issue.
Told me to wait 48 hours and they should perk up otherwise they would look into it further.
That wasn't what I wanted to hear, but yet I sent a picture from 48 hours later and not much change at all.

I went to a local florist and had to purchase some more flowers as it wasn't very nice giving such bad flowers to my wife.
I showed the florist pictures of the flowers and they were appalled.

I will never be using Eflorist again. The worst part is when they had a chance to make it right the customer service was terrible.

Awful, dishonest company

Do not use eflorist if you value your friends and family.

They accepted my order, charged me and did not deliver on the date. I have not received a refund despite their email stating that i would between 2 to 5 working days.

Dreadful company and dishonest.

Webb site poor

Great when things work, poor when they do not. Now we have to give fifty words to say how bad the site is. I put in two orders, one worked the other a disaster - happy Christmas became happy birthday and the card message was non existent. Buy from a local florist

Flowers and chocs

I ordered a bouquet of flowers that were worth £39.99 but on sale for £26.99. They certainly were not worth £26.99 let alone £39.99 which is a shame. They look like a £10 bunch from a supermarket.

They did arrive within 24 hours with a free (very small) box of chocolates.

I'm poorly so couldn't get out the house to pick and deliver some myself but wish I contacted my local florist as I would have got a lot more for my money. With £5.99 delivery on top of the flowers it cost me around £30 in total!

Nothing spectacular really, bit over priced for the volume and quality of the product received. They were ok and flowers that came did last a couple weeks before wilting, but there was a lot less volume of flowers than I get for the same money on other florists sites, including one local to myself. Not terrible but have used many better ones.

Delighted

I send flowers to my parents quite regularly & previously have used a different company. This time, they couldn't offer same day delivery so I found eFlorist UK. Having ordered in the morning, a bouquet was delivered early afternoon. My Mum & Dad are delighted with the flowers & also said the person who delivered them was charming. I live in Spain so can't visit my parents. It's important to me to put a little brightness into their lives. Thank you so much for helping me do that. I will be using your service again.

The website is very easy to use and to select the flowers you want to send, there are options to send extra gifts along side your selected flowers also.
No hassle putting in details for delivery and payment.
Received an email once my order was places to confirm the delivery details and date.
Also had the option of referring a friend so we would both get money off next time we ordered.
Overall extremely happy with my purchase.
Have used eflorist many times now and all the recipients are in love with their bouquets.

I never received a Tracking email as indicated. Kept checking my Spam! Nothing. Delivery person did not ring bell when delivering flowers at daughter's front door. Consequently flowers sat at door 24 hrs & when found were wilted. If I'd received a tracking notification I could have asked daughter to open front door. Flowers were half the size of the photo shown online with most of the beautiful purple flowers missing (against the white ones.) Both mother and daughter very disappointed. Last time I ordered flowers from Eflorist all was good so we were very surprised and unhappy with this order.

Excellent service

I ordered flowers for my mum who had fallen down a flight of stairs At the time I was working abroad on a cruise ship. It was so easy ordering online and bring able to track my order right upto delivery giving me peace of mind.

Christmas flowers

Order flowers for Christmas as a surprise gift but was discussed with what turned up. I went the extra mile to pay £85 for them and honestly you could of got alot better from a supermarket fo £20 very disappointed... Will not order again from them

Wonderful gift experience

I ordered flowers as a gift for a friend going through a tough time. She lives in london and I am in another country. I found the site eflorist extremely easy to use and navigate. The flowers were beautiful when delivered. I was kept super up to date about the delivery process and time so I could check that my friend was home for her surprise. I would order from here again in the future.

Did not receive the included chocolates

The only difference between this florist and the other online florists were the chocolates that were included in the price …. My mother didn't receive hers and I have contacted the company several times with no luck …. So I'll just shop elsewhere

Exceptional service and end product

Eflorist is the best flower ordering and delivery service I have ever known. They never let you down. Ordering is easy, paying and sending a personalised greeting is easy. So user friendly. I ordered recently for the first time and the website was easy helpful and good to navigate around, they offer Apple Pay which a lot of websites do not which makes payment so much easier. I will be using this service again and I'm looking forward to getting my flowers!

Unexpected
January 21, 2022

Ordered the medium moonlight bouquet with a vase for my daughters 21st birthday as she loves roses and purple is her favourite colour. Was very disappointed with what I received, it looked more like one of those £1.50 flower bouquet from the supermarket. The bouquet is swinging in the vase as you can see by the picture. Was expecting a bit more of a impact than what I got.

Great Value

Flowers were lovely and ordering them was a doddle. The only criticism I would have would be a bit more tracking with the florist local deliveries, competitors do it, and whilst I did receive a text saying the goods were out for delivery, this was after my wife had already text me thanking me for her flowers!

As I said though, great flowers, great value, thank you.

Didn't deliver the flowers, no phone number, no answered emails... But they tooky money very quickly.
Turned what was supposed to be a nice surprise into a bitter dispute with still no sign of a refund, apology or even any contact.
I will continue to chase them for a refund but will never use eflorist again and would not recommend anyone else to either

Disappointed

The flowers for my daughter after giving birth to my 1st grandchild were really disappointing I have seen better on a garage forecourt.
I thought paying £25 more plus delivery they would be something better.

Made my mum cry...

I ordered these flowers from NZ for my mum in the UK. When she received them, she literally cried with joy. She has just been diagnosed with cancer and the beautiful flowers and chocolates absolutely made her day. Thanks for helping to let her know that I'm always thinking of her no matter how far away I am. Highly recommend this service - Thank you!
