Unfortunately the service let them down. Delivered 2 days after I requested (and paid for). No response back from the company. Disappointing.
Ordered flowers to be delivered on 2 April 2023 and recipient only received them on 3 April. Zero customer service. Very frustrating.

I sent this email to eFlorist and they never respond.
There was a problem with this order.
1. The chocolate was not delivered with the order DE21AUTMM01
2. The Large Glass Vase was not delivered with order DE22LUXEM01. Please send a refund to my credit card.
I ordered (in advance) a mother's day bouquet to be delivered on mother's day.
It was not.
Customer services said they did not guarantee to deliver their mother's Day flowers on mother's day!
Absolute jokers.

My mother's day flowers arrived appalling better getting from a service station. Do not use these please see pics this should have been a £30 bouquet. Check out reviews first. Don't waste your money.

Not even delivered to the door, but left outside, when my mum was in.
I am so angry. How dare you be this stingy and provide such a poor example of the flowers portrayed.
I am over 200 miles away from my mother and I rely on florists on special occasions.
I had arranged this bouquet well in advance as we had a family funeral on the Friday, up in the Midlands, my mothers brother in law, who lived right across the road from her.
I had sent a beautiful boquet through another supplier on the day of the funeral to my aunt. What must my poor mother think of my delivery off you to her. She can only assume that I did not think as much of her.
How dare you be that poor in your supplies on such a special day of the year to my 75 year old mother. Shame on you.
I would like to think you would rectify this as soon as possible.

I've taken a look at the photo you sent across and it looks like many of the flowers are still in bud, which might help to explain why the bouquet doesn't look as full as the image on our website just yet.
We send our flowers in bud to ensure maximum freshness when they arrive with the recipient, if you follow the care tips provided, your bouquet will bloom within two days.
If after the full 48 hours have passed, the flowers still haven't perked up, please don't hesitate to get back in contact and we can investigate this further with our suppliers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
The flowers received are pretty much dead. I wrote a review on trust pilot and see I am not the only person having this issue. I'm so disappointed, I'll be off writing reviews wherever I can to hopefully help someone else avoid the mistake of ordering from the company.
Tried eflorist for first time to say thanks to my friends for having me to stay...she sent me a picture and I was sooo dissapointed and honestly embarrassed when she put them on Facebook! I went for the medium to not be too cheap but lord knows what a small one would be like! My friend said they didn't last long either. The only good thing was the free chocolates that saved a bit of embarrassment! I tried to complain but because I didn't do it within 7days they weren't interested
It would appear from previous reviews on here so far that there is an issue with 20% (1 in 5) of eFlorists orders. I am unfortunately one of those unlucky people. I ordered £50 worth of flowers which were due to be delivered the next day but alas they never turned up. This company outsources deliveries to 'Yodel' so of course when deliveries fail to appear both companies blame one another with nothing done until you stop complaining and hopefully go away. You will get an 'auto email' promising to contact you within 72 hours but I can guarentee they won't. Awful company who you would do well to ignore.
Avoid this company, they will take your money but not deliver, no contact number and no tracking number as promised. Scam

A little disappointed with the bouquet I sent to my mum for a new home gift, very small, not much life in them and sadly no gift card was in the box so my mum didn't know who they were from. Such a shame
Ordering online was relatively easy. The flowers were delivered by Yodel during the time slot estimated on the delivery day. The flowers arrived in bud as expected but the next day the roses and lilies opened and were a picture. They met our expectations. Thank you. Will use your services again.
Unfortunately, you cannot use a foreign number. I was in CH so I used my old UK phone number to finalise the order. Because I did not have access to the UK number, I couldnt see their message which said that they couldnt deliver the flowers (i placed a same day delivery order). In that message they asked me to get back to them to confirm that next day delivery is okay and they can proceed with the order. I only found out the next day what happened when I sent an email. Took them whole day to reply, so delivery was late by 2 days at that point. I had to refund. I understand that its bot really their bad, that I did not have access to the UK phone number, but I think it would be logical for them to add the option on their website where you have to select the method you want to be contacted with. If they sent me the same message via email the whole thing could go better. Also, flower deliveries are often used when partner is abroad, so having an option to use a foreign number is also a good solution.
Thank you for shipping the Roses in time. I was worried it might not arrive next day as I left the order until 24 hours before it my wife's birthday.
But the roses did arrive next day which was great. The Roses too are excellent too. Really happy with the purchase.
I ordered 3 bouquets on behalf of an Uncle and upgraded to large - if that is large then I hate to see the standard! I was impressed that they arrived well packaged in a sturdy box on the correct day considering the bad weather, but the value for money and quality of some of the flowers was very poor. Several were squashed and have not recovered :( They were a lovely surprise for the recipients, but lacked any WOW factor. Will not use again based on this experience which is a shame. More like garage bought flowers IMO, and the card sent to wish Merry Christmas was of Spring flowers! Delivery instructions not followed in 1/3.No card or note through the door to say flowers left outside and upside down!
I treated Mum to a second bunch which absolutely delighted her. Coming "in bud" they last much longer than bouquets supplied by other household name florists
Customer service was amazing and the bouquet of flowers was amazing, and the delivery service was amazing.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
