Despite paying the extra delivery charge just to make sure the flowers will get there in time my order was not delivered. I've been trying for 2 days to get in touch with them but this proved to be an impossible task
Flowers arrived dead, tried phoning to complain but no answer, so after Christmas emailed and they said I was out of the time frame for complaining, absolute joke, poor customer service. Don't not buy from this company very poor service and dreadful flowers they should be ashamed
It's absolutely shameful. I ordered a bouquet well in advance for a birthday. The bouquet was not delivered on the requested date and I have not received any concrete assistance either. The funny thing i they boast the motto "delivery next date". Shame on you! To be avoided like the plague.
Ordered sympathy flowers for a bereavment, delivered to wrong address, eventually got delivered by a builder 3 days later, because being left outside, when they were opened, they were full of slugs.we tried ringing several times no answer, line busy, and the flowers were nothing like the picture.do not waste your money at this florist
I ordered some flowers last weekend. Luckily, they were not for a birthday. I requested a Saturday and understood that this could not be guaranteed. They never arrived and they still didn't arrive the following day.
It got to Tuesday and no sign of the flowers.
I contacted eflorist help desk to ask where they were and they apologised and said they could send them out again. I requested this Saturday morning. They replied to say that they couldn't guarantee a day or time.
I would have thought that as a gesture of goodwill they would have been able to send my now week overdue flowers out for a specified time. But no, I just received a sorry they couldn't do that.
As I said, I am glad that they weren't for a birthday or special occasion as it would have been embarrassing for them to have not turned up.
Shoddy, impersonal service will not be using again (it was my first experience) and absolutely would not recommend. Back to Bloom and Wild for me!
Terrible flowers, terrible service, please check out other reviews to see I'm not the only person saying this! If you get a problem and are delivered dead flowers they don't want to know! Please go else where!
This company is an absolute joke. They couldn't care less that the quality of their product is rubbish. When bringing the issue to their attention they refused to deal with me saying I wasn't the recipient of the flowers/card even though I sent a photo as proof of the delivery which clearly showed my address and their name on the postage label.
My advice is never ever order flowers from this company
This is the second and last year I allow this eflorist to be a part of our celebration. I gave them a second chance as I used this company for years without any issues. Seems they have changed the owners couple years ago as the company now is a scam. They deliver significantly lower quality bouquets NOT as advertised. They do not deliver everything you pay for so pay attention and always ask for the person to send you a picture of what they got. This year my sister received only lilies from a lilies+ ROSES bouquet- NOT a single rose! I also paid for large size - is this a joke?! No, it's a scam. It was literally two branches of lilies with cheap little flowers added to make it look bigger. They think we - their customers - are idiots! Looked like Sh$$t. I also paid for the vase that she never got. 7.99 English pounds… this is stealing! They also did not deliver until very late that day only after I emailed them an angry email as I actually paid extra for this delivery to be on time! Avoid them at all costs. I have not even called them for my refund because there is no use: their current customer service is horrible and does not care. Their goal clearly is to scam you for a quick sale. They do not care for long term returning customers. I will absolutely leave them a google review as well so they do not steal from people like they stole from me. SCAMMERS!
Terrible quality, bought a bouquet for £45 for my wedding anniversary. Would've got the same flowers for £10-15 at asda. Picture they showed was twice the size of what I received bouquet shown included 5 roses, my wife got 1. She got 3 thistles instead of 6. Similar for the other stems in the bouquet. Complained but got told it was absolutely fine and to standard. Will never use again.
DO NOT EVER BUY from these people. They are a complete joke. They dont answer emails or phone calls. I've waisted 50.00 on 100 roses for our wedding anniversary. I sent them pictures of the damaged box etc for two days straight. They then had the front to ask me what I thought of their customer services! I would strongly recommend not to bother as they dont answer any complaints and the phone number is always engaged. I should have known when a phone is constantly engaged there is a problem.

I wanted to send a lovely gift to my sister on her 40th birthday. With this intention, I selected E Florist and opted to pay a premium amount of 60 GBP for a luxurious bouquet (princess bouquet). My expectations were set high, hoping that they would create a memorable moment for my sister on her special day. However, the reality I encountered was quite the opposite, resulting in significant disappointment.
Product Quality (0/5): Despite the premium price tag, the bouquet she received was disappointingly similar to those readily available at more budget-friendly options like Morrison's or M&S. I expected a unique and exceptional arrangement but found it to be quite ordinary.
Value for Money (0/5): The high cost I paid for this bouquet did not reflect the value received. It's disheartening to feel that I could have obtained a comparable bouquet at a more affordable price elsewhere.
Customer Service (2/5): While the bouquet itself was underwhelming, the customer service provided was even worse. They promised to deliver it at a certain time slot in the morning before my sister leave for work, but they only delivered it in the evening and when I inquired about the delay via mail, I was told that they cannot guarantee delivery during the given time slot. My question is then why you give a time slot at all then at the time of ordering?
Conclusion: In summary, my experience with this florist fell short of my expectations. I had hoped for a special and premium floral arrangement but received a product that did not justify the premium price. I am left feeling disappointed and very unlikely to return for future purchases.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the florist, encouraging them to enhance their product quality and value proposition to better meet the expectations of their customers.
In this image, you can see the bouquet from E Florist on the left, which I purchased for £60, and on the right, there's a bouquet from Morrisons priced at only £15.
Ordered on the 11th August a bouquet for my brothers funeral this was linked to the funeral directors website! This morning I received this email: -
Unfortunately, we have found that we are unable to complete delivery of your order.
Despite every effort by our staff, we have been unable to locate a florist able to make delivery of your order. As such, we are now cancelling your order and providing a full refund.
I did email them and they have offered me 15% discount on any future order - as if!
I have however managed to find a local florist who will deliver my order to the funeral director in time for the funeral on Thursday.
What I did find out today was this company have no empathy to the distress they have put me through today.
Disgrace!
Emailed me at 14:00 on the day of delivery on our anniversary saying they couldnt deliver. Why didnt they let me know earlier! Thanks for ruining my wifes anniversary! Disgusted! Amy in customer services was useless, when i told her how dissatisfied i was and that i would write a 1* review, this is the response i received 'Thank you for your email.
Please confirm if a refund would be more suitable at this time?
We are sorry for any disappointment caused on this occasion.'
They deserve more bad reviews if this is how they respond to ruining occasions like this. Disgrace!
Very poor paid £23.99 for a medium bunch of flowers when they finally arrived they were delivered by AMAZON there were about 8 flowers of which the stem was broke on 2 of them, i could of got the same bunch from my local Tesco Express for £5.99 and dont get me started on the free chocolates i have seen bigger bags of Malteesers will NOT use this company again
Ordered a gift for daughters birthday - notified at 10pm on the day that it had been 'returned to depot'. Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact them without any responses and certainly no refund. This company is toxic - I fully accept that mistakes happen but failing to correct the situation or communicate is disgraceful. Shame on you eFlorist...
Yesterday I used your service to book a flower delivery to go to my son's school for his teacher.
I specifically requested that the delivery take place between 9 and 10am today as the school finishes up today at 12pm.
As such, I never sent a gift in with my son for his teacher as the flowers should have been there from him.
All the other children in his class brought in their gifts for the teacher and my son felt very embarrassed as he had nothing to give her and this upset him so much.
The moment has now passed so there is no way for you to make amends for this terrible error on your part, as the school is now closed for the summer.
Apart from me wanting a full refund from you immediately, I want to know what you propose to do to compensate me for this huge embarrassment you caused to me and my son?
I thought I could trust your service to be reliable and to do what I asked you to (and paid for!) but sadly I see that is not the case.
Thank you for ruining my son's last day in school.
Awful service. Paid for next day delivery. Don't bother. After 48 hours When They finally got round to deliver them plastic vase. Smallest box of Chocolates ever. Complaint made however despite saying Next Day delivery. Its not next day. The disclaimer doesn't guarantee it. Crap customer service
Ordered for my wife Birthday gave date order owed by them. Find date had been changed for following day. Flowers delivered left sitting in hot sun for 8hrs. Amazon delivery. Wife opened box found ants and flowers in a bad state.
If delivered on the date given would have been in and al ok. But disaster. Would not use their services again.
Site failed on checkout so I was charged twice. Contacted customer services who refused to refund me - said there were two orders placed so tough luck. Terrible customer service. I will never shop with them again. Now I have to work with my credit card company. One simple task of sending Mum flowers turned into a pain in my $#*!.
Please do not use this company. They have effectively stolen from me, by not delivering the flowers on time, on the agreed date and now not refunding me. They are a nightmare to get hold of and now they have blocked me on facebook. Awful, awful company, no professionalism at all. Please AVOID.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
