Great customer experience. They helped me select the perfect ring for my fiancé and I was leaning toward and M, I3 at first but they explained how that is the worst diamond quality. I needed the shiniest diamond for my girl, so I ordered a D, VS1 and my girl loved it.

This company is fraudulent, they don't honor their return policy and should be removed from your website and stripped of their awards with The Knot and their BBB rating and their Google Review Rating of 4.1 stars. All of the honest reviews tell the same story, all the good reviews are fake, only recently have they started having their bots write reviews that seem somewhat legitimate but take my word, all the bad reviews tell the same story, which is the story I am trying to tell you all, DO NOT buy from them. Not to mention their prices are impossibly low for what they claim to sell. Their jewelry certifier, AGA, does not exist or is also fraudulent. They won't provide you any information about the company that certifies the quality of their gem stones. And if you try and return an order before they ship it they will try and hit you with a 25% cancelation fee. Now they currently have all my money for some diamond earrings for my wife's birthday and won't refund any of it, let alone 75%.

Hello, I am writing to Edwin Novel Jewelry Design to inform you that I am very much satisfied with my order. I wanted to review the company after the great experience I had with them. I am not proficient with technology whatsoever, therefore I needed assistance with completing my order. I called their customer service hotline to try and see is someone would assist me my order. Customer care specialist Johnson picked up and guided me through what I desired to gift my wife. We have been married a long time, more than 46 years. I told Johnson I wanted to get her something special for our anniversary, which was coming up. I already knew what the design was going to be but I needed assistance with the diamond. I needed something that would fit in my price range and not break my bank. Johnson provided me a great deal of information that entailed the carat size, diamond color, and diamond clarity, that all could greatly influence the price of the ring. After many contemplations and decisions, we decided on what I could go with. Thank you Johnson for helping me and being patient with me. My ring came in a couple days before my anniversary which worked out great. My wife loved it and it brought a big smile on her face. I am beyond thankful for this experience. I have been looking for a company that provides the best service and actually holds true to their word, they are very rare to come by, however, Edwin Novel exceeds expectations and is worth the investment. I am very particular in what I want and what I choose to spend my money on. I emailed their business to get more of a stronger grasp on how the business runs and holds itself. They informed me with great detail on what they provide to their customers, their mission statement. I went out of my way to trust them and began my order. I wanted a pair of earrings and a band for myself. I found their options to be very enticing and vast, they definitely have a large variety to choose from. I decided on very elegant pieces of jewelry that were very unique to the eye. Once I received the orders, I was very content with what was inside. It was spectacular even, it was worth every penny. I am forever astounded by the attention to detail and the grooves on my band, the setting on my earring, and the shine the diamonds emit. Thank you. I will definitely be back for more.

I needed some changes to the design. They went way and beyond to make the adjustments I was asking for. The engagement ring came out exactly how I wanted it.

I am in love with my ring. I had a ring similar to the one I purchased but sadly lost it on vacation and I had to buy a replacement. I love my ring and I will cherish it forever!

This business is sketchy. I have had two instances where this merchant processed payments for orders and received payments and contacted me via email with a decline, hold, or cancellation AFTER they received payment. Note the order was placed on 1/26/22; they processed the transaction with my bank on 1/27/22 when merchants have the option to hold the transaction and not process it AND sent an invoice for the order on 2/2/22. They even sent a PayPal invoice and advised an order was on HOLD on their end and was unaware whether the transaction processed by my financial institution 5 days AFTER they processed the transaction and advised I would be responsible for a 25% cancellation fee if they couldn't speak to my bank. Why would there be a need to speak to my bank AFTER they received the payment already is my question. Also why would they send an additional invoice without refunding the initial transaction? Don't waste your time or money for these cloudy diamonds. Go to a reputable brand with clear business practices and consumer relations. This is my second time having issues with this merchant but the first was relatively minor compared to this level of deception. Maybe COVID has seemingly legitimate businesses scamming and conducting fraudulent business practices too! Save your money and the headache.

Well I have now been waiting 6 weeks for my money back. They just keep stalling week after week. I would never trust these people again.
