I had a good experience when ordering but not now that I have a repair issue. I waited 2 hours ( 2 calls) to get my call answered and then nobody has followed up on my concern which I shared by phone and email.

Very easy, When you call their phones there are really knowledgeable people who answer within 30 seconds. They would connect you to anyone in the company you ask for very quickly. I wanted to talk to the jeweler who would resize my ring to see what problems i would be facing, and I got to talk to him within 1 minute.
