I spent over 2 hours on the phone, on hold and also sent an email regarding my diamond earrings that are less than 3 years old and cannot be worn because the locking safety post and back no longer lock. I paid 200 dollars extra for these posts and backs. I just wanted someone to tell me what to do or buy so I can wear my beautiful earrings again. I was surprised to find out they are under warranty but the woman I talked to said she would check with a jeweler and call me right back but that was two days ago. I am not ready to spend two more hours holding on the phone to track her down. I believe her name was Ashley. Nobody has responded to my email either.
